1 ★ Cannot even get into app. Keeps telling me 'user is null' but when I try to log in it tells me in already a user. There is nowhere to log in rather than start a new account. Help!
5 ★ Nice when plants are identifiable, but frustrating when it says not possible, and I know the plant is locally common, but can't remember the name. Appreciate the app when onsite in my landscape design business.
1 ★ Useless.Registered.Submitted photo of a plant.Said their experts would be in touch.Kept telling me Smartplant wasn't working. Tried again today and I am told I have to register which I did two days ago.
5 ★ Excellent app. I am a new plant owner and send 3 questions a day minimum and they always answer quickly and in great detail. My plants all wouldve died without this app. Love it
1 ★ Useless......scan the plant....give you the same description you got with the plant but tells you nothing else. Oh but wants you to sign up to the junk mail. Why would I do that?! .....Deleted....
3 ★ The care reminders are helpful but there are several UI bugs and it lacks basic features such as adding photos of my own plants instead of using library photos.
1 ★ I previously had a great experience with the app but unfortunately the app has been glitching and keeps crashing. I have the premium but I cant use it so I'm rather disappointed. I hope this gets sorted because it is a really good app
2 ★ Not all plants have care instructions or pictures and lots of duplicates. I signed up to pro to use the ask an expert feature but even after subscribing it told me I was out of credits.
1 ★ Poor. Had to make an account to begin with, and you only get to identify one plant before it asks you to pay. Wouldn't mind paying but you were supposed to be able to identify more than one plant. Uploaded more than one but never heard back off them. The one that got identified was a common garden plant that we all know anyway (it was a test).
2 ★ Great if it works.. keep getting : null cannot be cast to non null type com.desmart.plantsapp.data. entity.region.. also subscribed and still asks for upgrade?
1 ★ Goes round in circles. Scan a plant- sign in, once signed in - scan a plant, once I scan a plant it asks me to sign in again. Also once I scanned a plant it was different to the plant I had. Going to delete it.
1 ★ I bought a plant from Homebase which has a SmartPlant sticker that tells me to scan the barcode. I try doing that but it then tells me that it's not recognised.
2 ★ I don't really get how this app works... I can't turn on notifications and I can't appear to talk to experts. I'm not sure what it is offering other than listing my plants?
1 ★ Don't bother. Premium membership and waiting a week for a reply to identify a disease/pest. Plant will be dead before they reply. Still waiting since 27th May! Edit 10th June STILL waiting. Don't waste your money! Scam Edit2: Still no response within the app, Google refunded me. Uninstalled
