1 ★ Sent email asking why I had to have a tax ID number for my purchase at a local retail store. Response: we'll look into it. Then tried to record an expense only to be thwarted by a requirement to record the account I'm paying from, and their search engine failed to find my bank. It would be nice to be able to manually add information when your useless search option fails... which for me was EVERY time.
1 ★ Always gave problem. Headache because of this apps! I work for a company. And we are using this apps for invoicing, accounting etc.. sometimes very slooowwww responses. For clockin or clockout also gave troubles. I can't even clock in on time. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE upgrade your stability connection.
5 ★ This is a great app for businesses. Especially small businesses like mine. An easy way to manage all your invoices and all admin stuff on the go. And the UI is very friendly and not at all complicated like some of the other invoicing softwares
1 ★ HOW DARE YOU DELETE MY REVIEW! First of all, your app didn't let me get past through the OTP. It kept on saying that your backend side is choking trying to figure out what to do with my case. I had my email registered, too, against my wishes just so I can figure out if that was the issue. Turns out it was actually the overall experience at Deskera that's problematic. Don't waste your time folks, move on from this app.
5 ★ Downloaded this app as wanted something that will help me manage my invoicing and accounting while I am traveling, it is very simple, intutive and effective. I also get a good snapshot of my business in one shot. One of the best features is also that i can add my team and chat with them.
1 ★ Can't get in to use, the verification email never arrives. Have checked spam, resent still nothing. Have received the welcome email, so its not the email address issue, it's a program issue. Tried your advise to update the app, but still doesn't work. Not sure worth the effort.
5 ★ updating my review very nice application. however, i am having problem with Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoice. The Billing and Shipping address shows my supplier name and not my organization. hope this will be fixed. (will definitely recommend this to others once the probl is fixed) giving you five stars for accommodating my query. just additional suggestion (maybe to much to ask though) when printing P.O. or invoices, can we have option to save it as JPEG file in addition to save as PDF.
5 ★ This is a perfect app for serious business users. I am able to handle 80% of my business work from my mobile... I have tried other systems like tally and zoho but they were not so useful in terms of accounting Crm and payroll... using deskera I can do many things on my own while traveling... price was effectively less than tally/zoho. Support team is very thorough in their response. Initially I faced some challenges but they were all solved in the first webinar.
2 ★ I have Purchased Lifetime version via Aposumo. But. Mobile App has a Lot of Bugs. It's been a Year. Still No Enhancements and Bugs resolution. Document template has lots of errors. On printing and sharing.
1 ★ Worst App I have ever used. Let me give you my views points. 1. During the trial period they charged me the subscription amount. 2. Unable to create any product in the masters because of bugs (There are so many bugs that I can't even have a count). 3. Even after reporting the bugs to the technical team they are not getting fixed. 4. None of the external integration works with this app. 5. I think all the comments & rating are fake and they are paying the people to write positive comments.
3 ★ Good app, though free version is very limited and subscription cost is high. Have all the features. A recommend one, a low cost subscription plan for country like India would be considered.
5 ★ I think that there is a very important deficiency in dealing with items in the application, as most items are sold individually and are purchased in large units, cartons for example containing 24 boxes of the item that is sold to the consumer per box and not in cartons, or for example you buy a kilogram of the item and sell it per gram
1 ★ Previously, I gave 5 star for this app cos after 3-4 transactions this app worked pretty well. But after several transactions, it started miscalculate. So disappointed when I have slow response from deskera team and they had no solution for this miscalculate problem. Luckily I'm not using paid app yet.
1 ★ After the payment no support team cares on camplaints, no response from sevice team, no responsibilities taken by any one. Not recommended this software at all. We wasted our 10K with this..

Now I am going to uninstall this app this is totally useless and the worst, it has too many bugs and errors at every step, I installed this App because I used to listen it's add on Radio Mirchi Patna every time. so I trusted that it will work better for me but I am totally hopeless it should be under development. now I am going to uninstall this app. I would like to suggest people to do not waste your time on this application
