Description
Work Order Features
· View service dispatches & work order information.
· View and edit customer contact information.
· Give the office real-time status updates with time tracking.
· Use mapping and routing, & turn-by-turn driving directions.
· View customer account, service history, equipment, saved documents & service maintenance agreement information.
· Add and edit customer equipment in account record or dispatch.
· Add pictures from device camera and gallery to customer record.
· Collect important information and fill out checklists using custom forms
Quote and Invoicing Features
· Present a complete quote to your customer with images of quoted parts and equipment
· Provide “Good-Better-Best” options to customers with the ability accept or reject items with the final price adjusting accordingly. Rejected items are saved in the customer account, allowing you to review these items on future visits.
· Create, view, and email service quotes & invoices.
· Process payments & prepayments, including PCI compliant credit card processing.
· Capture customer authorization & acceptance signatures.

2 ★ Terrible experience Frequent crashes multiple times a day. Slow app. The forms it can generate and such are okay. The invoicing and payment system work fine as far as I can tell. But having to relaunch the app multiple times a day and taking forever to make one form has really just left a bad experience.
1 ★ Has great potential but is unbelievably buggy. For as long as this has been out the level of bugs are insane. I shouldn't have to constantly uninstall then reinstall the app to make it work especially on an s20 ultra. I love the possibilities but this is almost crippling because of its inconsistencies. You fix the bugs I will recant my review but guys yall gotta get better programmers or beta test your updates before pushing them because this is insane.
2 ★ Not impressed - we implemented this CRM and this app is disappointing so far. I really hope the bugs are worked out since we are hoping to change the course of business. Just training in the app and seeing how data transfers from the app to desktop is pretty concerning. Just a couple days in and I'm getting messages about data not being able to get transferred to the server and errors. Not feeling confident in the reliability. For the investment I definitely expect better.
2 ★ Sub-par at best. The app crashes at least every other week and needs to be deleted and reinstalled. Also if you create forms as you fill them out they will auto populate other areas of the form with the wrong info. If you delete the info it will clear the areas you just filled in..... so frustrating. When you call tech support they blame the device you are using and suggest doing a hard reset and clear the device of info so the app will work.
1 ★ Don't use this. Absolutely HATE that a tech can't use a computer and is forced to do everything on a tiny screen and tiny keypad. Does not work well with either android or iphone. Phone numbers aren't live, and you can't even copy phone numbers to paste into the phone. No computer version for lower tier users. Apparently migrating to a different package requires re-entering every entry manually, so retention is built into the system from the start.
1 ★ We were using Dispatch and switched to this. Field edge is not as field tech friendly. It may play nice with QuickBooks which is appealing to office managers but it's not worth giving up field tech ease of use.
1 ★ I hate this app with every bain of my existence. Nothing works well. If you don't have stellar service, good luck doing anything. Edited review. I'd rather use a pencil and paper with a broken wrist because at least the inconsistency is consistent. This app needs help. When it works, it's good. But so constantly does it not work.
1 ★ Worst software I've every used in any job or company. And I work for the government, which tells you how bad it is. Crashes. Frequent sync errors. Slow. Frequent log off and reinstall requests. Tech notifications are unreliable. Customer travel notifications are unreliable too. Embarrassing when customers get texted, "application error" instead of "Your technician is on hus was at!" Even if you offered it for free for beta testing, I would not install it on any device.
1 ★ The app had a lot of issues new issue. Everytime I window out and try to go back becomes to a white screen and have to force close the application every time. The time to watch her hours always gets stuck you always have to clock out and clock back in to fix its time there's a lot of issues in this app needs a lot of work.
5 ★ Fieldedge has had a positive impact on our business over all. Revenue has improved. Customer satisfaction is through the roof. Parts processing has become streamlined. And we're just getting started. Fieldedge positions as to sell protection agreements easily because it starts the conversation. And as the technicians become more and more comfortable the ease of processing is proving to affect all aspects of the business. But I think my favorite part is when the customers comment on the automated heads-up that the technician is on the way. We use a phone call alerting to a text message which leads the customer to go to an email that has a full bio of the technician on his or her way. As the customers Rave about the automation, I keep smiling. Thanks Fieldedge!
1 ★ Absolutely horrible. I have to uninstall and reinstall it quite often. If it does work, you have to log out and log back in every few days. It has deleted estimates that were actually saved... and not just for me, but other team members. Don't use it. Run. Run away. Run as fas as you can. And they want $100 per month for this too! Insane!
1 ★ App is incredibly slow and crashes constantly. It often takes fifteen minutes to input a work report after finishing a job, and you can't access assigned job information if you don't have internet access. There are better options out there.
1 ★ Absolute joke of a workforce application. We've less that 10 everyday users. It seems one of us at a time is constantly unable to access the application even let alone even begin to use it. Which presents all sorts of complications once able to log in. I've never used service titan. Give it a try first.
1 ★ Paperwork is faster. You cant view pictures of future jobs until your set to working. Every time you change a page it needs to sync with the server. Not so great when your in a basement or some were with low/no signal. Just use service titan. This program is amateur hour.
1 ★ Absolutely garbage to use. This app crashes with every single work order. This app fails to upload random attachments and pictures. This app is extremely frustrating to use. If you don't have absolute perfect cell service expect to have a million problems.
