GENERAL EXPLANATIONS ON THE NOMINATION EXAMINATION

In accordance with the provisions of the Bakanlığı Regulation on the Appointment and Replacement of Teachers of the Ministry of National Education yayımlan published in the Official Gazette dated April 17, 2015 and numbered 29329, established in accordance with the 43rd Article of the Basic Law of National Education No. 1739, and in accordance with the Ministry Authority Approval dated 19729239, EXECb> (contracted / permanent) written exam will be held.

EXAM REQUIREMENTS

TESTS TO BE APPLIED IN THE NOMINATION EXAMINATION

In the exam, the candidates will be asked a total of 100 multiple choice (5 choices) questions.

A. Laws 657 and 4483 (15%),

1. Civil Servants Law No. 657 (excluding sections 8 and 9),

2. Law No. 4483 on the Trial of Civil Servants and Other Public Officials.

B. Ministry organization, duties and legislation (30%),

1. Basic Education Law No. 1739,

2. Provisions concerning MoNE in Presidential Decree No 1,

3. Law No. 5580 on Private Education Institutions,

4. Other legislation required by the task,

a) Law No. 3071 on the Exercise of the Right to Petition,

b) Law No 4982 on the Right to Information,

c) Primary Education and Education Law No. 222, ç) Secondary Education Institutions Regulation,

d) Ministry of National Education Regulation on Pre-school and Primary Education Institutions,

e) Ministry of Education Educational Institutions Social Activities Regulation,

f) Regulation on Guidance Services of the Ministry of National Education,

g) Ministry of National Education Formal and Non-Formal Education Support and Training Courses Directive,

ğ) Prospective Teacher Training Process.

C. Teaching practices (50%),

1. Planning education and training,

2. Learning environments,

3. Class management,

4. Teaching methods and techniques,

5. Measurement and evaluation.

The exam is evaluated over 100 (one hundred) full points. Success scores of sixty (60) and prospective teachers who are on (contract / permanent) considered successful.

Candidate Removal After the notification of the results of the exam to the governorates by the General Directorate of Teacher Training and Development, successful teachers (contracted / permanent) are considered to have completed the candidacy process.

Nomination lifting Exam who are not successful teachers (contract / permanent), Ministry of Education Teacher Appointment and Relocation Regulation principles and rules province in another educational institution in the same service area assigned for re-performance evaluation according to the provisions of this Regulation and test. Those who fail the exam or performance evaluation of teacher candidates in this context, the teacher loses title.
