5 ★ An absolutely brilliant support team who are responsive, friendly and helpful. My daughter had an issue and Depop resolved it immediately with real care and not just 'bot' responses. I would give the team 10 stars if I could and my daughter has brought lovely items on here from trusted sellers. We're gonna recommend this app to her friends 😊
1 ★ I wouldn't suggest using this app. It's flooded with shops that sell over priced clothing at inflated prices. Most of these shops seem to just be people storing these in there bedrooms. It completely covers the fact that some people are legitimately trying to sell there old clothing at reduced prices. I wouldn't buy anything off here, it feels very shady. I would take your money to official websites if you want to buy something new and at full price.
1 ★ Horrible. The app glitches all the time, and sometimes your sales are stuck in limbo for weeks because of these glitches, customer service is absolutely unhelpful, and calls its users liars and never fixes any of the problems. Their response to glitches is basically "we don't see any issue, oh well!" Or blame their users. Stay away. Use Poshmark instead, much safer.
3 ★ I've had very few issues or problems with this app until recently when I try to update a listing. I click "edit" then it takes me to my listing details like normal but after I make edits like price for example, I click "post listing" and fr some reason it takes me to my own personal PayPal account as if I'm purchasing the item, when in fact I'm the seller trying to update. Why is this happening? I've tried uninstalling the app and starting over and it still keeps happening. Any fix??
4 ★ ++++ Best way to find great pieces on the cheap. A better etsy/ebay with all the other chaff removed (if you're looking for clothing). - I (personally) encounter alot of bugs. - The search function could be more robust especially since search labels are user created and sellers tend to throw everything but the kitchen sink in item descriptions despite the tag not matching the item. - Starting to experience the creep of the "overpriced secondhand market just because its X brand" disease.
4 ★ I really enjoy the app but one thing that's become a bit frustrating is that after you make a purchase, the option to pay with just your card becomes unavailable. The only option to pay is through PayPal. I haven't had too many issues through PayPal, but its still a bit frustrating that it becomes my only option.
2 ★ I think this app has too many bugs. My followers & following number haven't changed for a few months already though I'm following & being followed by a lot of people. I sold only a few items in the very beginning when I registered. Not sure, maybe I'm not seen enough in the feed. Selling my clothes on other platforms & eBay quite successfully.
1 ★ Up until recently I cannot view items outside of the EU? this makes absolutely no sense to me as most of the clothes I buy come from outside of the EU. If in wanted easily to obtain items I wouldn't be using an app in the first place. Such a shame as I spent a lot of money through this app and now it's literally unusable to me. I really hope depop reconsiders their position here.
2 ★ Used to really love this app. However my style edit doesn't suggest any clothing in the sizes I selected (not point showing me xxl things when I'm after S or M). Not to mention the payment can sometimes take forever (spent 20 mins sat waiting for the app to process it). Not to mention its started showing me items in euros and dollars?? Oh yeah and it will just randomly log me out sometimes. And then there's the sellers themselves charging £90 for a secondhand fleece.
2 ★ The app has been really glitchy for me recently regarding making payments through paypal. I have to try at least three times to make a purchase as I keep getting a 'Sorry something went wrong" message. It makes me doubt whether my payments are secure anymore. Please fix this soon, it used to be such a great app.
1 ★ Doesn't work since mid march. Can't change profile picture, can't see likes. Really buggy and considering I pay about £300 a month in fees to them alone I find it hard to believe they can't afford a working app 😑 vinted is the way forward Update: Even worse on the last update. Now if I'm scrolling on someone's listings and decided to view one. I then have to scroll all the way back down to view another, totally puts off buying. Also refreshing items has the same problem! Way to ruin depop
4 ★ Ok, so depop is a great place to sell lots of things however, my only problem is trying to put the things I am selling up on my profile. Ir keeps on saying gailed, when I have good wifi, updated to the latest version and everything else on the app seems to be working just fine. Depop, if u could fix this problem I'll be happy.
5 ★ amazing! like Pinterest but for clothes. it is a little pricey so I don't rly shop but it does give me a good idea of what I want to look for at thrift stores. has helped me with having a more unique sense of style

The fact that I can't login to the account I made a year ago which has an email linked to it WHICH I HAD DEPOP SEND ME AN EMAIL SO I CAN CHANGE THE PASSWORD BECAUSE I FORGOT AND THEY DIDNT makes me so mad. Especially since my phone number is linked to that one account and I can't make a new one. One star
4 ★ An amazing app for all people and even for students... Really this will help a lot of students to earn..it is well functioned app... I really enjoyed using it...the only thing I am disappointed with is it need a PayPal account which could be and is hard for students.....kindly help us for this issue...thanku... except this everything is good ❤️
