4 ★ I initially had trouble with the app but I reached out to The Week staff, their solution didn't work, so they sent me to the app support team at Zinio. They got back to me within 12 hours of my email and sent me detailed instructions on how to fix my issue on my Android phone. after I followed the directions within an hour my magazine issues downloaded, and I'm now able to access everything easily. Thank you Zinio for your great customer service!
5 ★ I love The Week magazine, but have become addicted to reading on my phone. With the price hike, I downloaded the poorly rated app. And folks were right; that reading the pages was crazy awful. Took me 10 minutes to figure out click on TEXT at the bottom of the screen. Doh!! Also, first screen (subscribe/read), scroll down to see which issue you want to read.
3 ★ EDIT they were finally able to fix the problem. I can login with my account now. \EDIT I have the same problem everyone else has been having. A recent app upgrade has made me unable to login to my account. Customer service has been less than useless on fixing this issue. I have been a borderline religious reader of The Week since 2009, but now I'm about to call Customer Service (again) and ask for a full refund. This is beyond unacceptable.
2 ★ I can read articles just fine, but am unable to search or play crossword puzzles on my phone or tablet.
1 ★ Same issue as others have described. The app seems to have forgotten who I am from last week to this; it wants me to subscribe (again) or purchase the magazine download. Signed out; signed in; same result. Technology sucks - I will go back to waiting for the paper copy.
1 ★ Doesnt let subscribers sign in for content. Can't contact via the website. Amazing how the cost of the subscription can go up and the competence of the magazine can go down. This isn't difficult stuff.
1 ★ The Week wrapped our recent print issue in an ad encouraging us to use the app. I wouldn't expect them to do so for an app that will not accept subscribers' account numbers, but that's where we sit. Self-inflicted wound...
4 ★ This week my Galaxy S10e got version 41.10.2 and after logging out and back in, for the first time in three years I am able to open and read an issue! I haven't tried to do much else yet with the app, so I cautiously give it four stars.
1 ★ Bought a subscription online for digital only, downloaded the app and entered my account information anddddd... nothing but errors! I love this magazine but what a scam. Just spent $57 for a year and cannot read anything. Excellent.
5 ★ I just downloaded the app, I was able to sign in easily with my email address, and it works great. Whatever problems people have encountered in the past seem to have been fixed.
1 ★ Just tried this after receiving an encouraging email from The Week. I kept getting errors when trying to view the current issue. Looks like it's not ready for prime-time yet.

1 ★ Your web site is junk.... I have tried for weeks to download issues, tried to contact customer service, followed the instructions and and I GET NOTHING. Unfortunately, I have paid a subscription until JAN '21. NO HELP, NO SERVICE..... AND ALWAYS NO RESPONSE FROM A HUMAN!
