1 ★ Horrible check-in experience. Did the developer do any user testing? One step is totally confusing because the Continue or Next button is nowhere to be found unless you scroll up (not down, but up)! Not obvious in any way. For international flights it keeps asking for passport and contact information even though I've entered it countless times. When I finally get to the final step, after acknowledging I can't carry dangerous stuff, I get "Oops! An Error Occurred. Try again later."

2 ★ My love (and rating) for the app is slowly declining since, as time goes on, things seem to get worse. The app was pretty solid a couple years ago, but lately I've found that when I get upgraded seats the boarding zone doesn't change (although it changes on my wife's iPhone), I no longer get push notifications for luggage, manually searching luggage shows out of date info, and for some reason it always defaults to showing my first ticket even though that flight completed hours ago.

2 ★ Does not show updates when they should. Baggage notification come days after flight. Updated wallet information doesn't appear for weeks. I have to get on my computer to input, if I want to use a different card for either trip/baggage fee. Even after checking back 24 hours. It won't even save my password, even though I check, remember this device. Too many issues for a top airline, which I like flying because it has the most direct flights from my home to destinations I fly to.

1 ★ website has awful defects. Built by people who don't care to understand elementary UI logic. if you have checked in, there shouldn't be subsequent prompts to check in a second, third, fourth time. In the seating diagram the airplane should be oriented horizontally, to show all of it at once instead of forcing the user to scroll - a third grader could figure that out. Many other design flaws

2 ★ Why is the app called fly Delta in the app drawer. It's the Delta app... not that intuitive or easy to find if you just want to open your app drawer quick and find the app. Also they force a circle icon rather than using the standard defaults. So every other app icon is a square with rounded corners, except this app which is a giant Circle. It just looks horrible in a user experience.

2 ★ App didn't work during a flight even when connected to the delta wifi (messaging only, browsing price is absurd). It displayed errors for awhile, wouldn't show flight info, and then it logged me out with no ability to log back in. The messaging connection also stopped working, so could be bad wifi. It also failed to login earlier so I had to check in with a browser instead.

2 ★ If you are going point to point with no delays, the app is fine and works as advertised. If there are any deviations and you need to rebook, this app is very glitchy and will hit you with tons of error messages. Rebooking a delayed flight downgraded me from comfort plus to main cabin and no compensation was offered and I just had to lose that money. Delta is still my favorite airline, but I'd avoid this app on the chance there's a delay or changes.

2 ★ The app always crashes right when you need it, or it stops showing my ticket (thinking I've already gotten on the flight maybe?) like 30 minutes before my flight. It also drops my KTN out of my profile constantly so I always have to double check before checking in. In theory the app is great and has a lot of functions, but clearly Delta somehow can't afford to hire a halfway decent programmer to match the actual experience with what they're going for.

2 ★ Since the last update there is a horrible bug. When booking a flight & selecting the dates it rolls the itinerary back a day. I have been using this for years booking 3 flights a month with no issues. Just had to cancel 2 flights because they had me flying out on a Sunday when I booked for Monday departure. Didn't trust using the app to book & had to do it on my computer. PLEASE fix this! It's been like that for 2 weeks now.

1 ★ I hate how annoyingly convoluted it is to get your boarding pass depending on what screen you're on. I don't need all the graphics. I just want a nice clean list of my flights and info. And I hate the "upgrade your seat" sales pitch graphics...it's just more noise. That would all garner 2 stars, but the app gets 1 star bc we walked to the T Gates in ATL and then discovered the flight was now at B gates. The app never notified me of the freakin gate change (and yes, notifications are on). :(

4 ★ Great, smooth app! The only issue I had with it is regarding Delta ecredits. An ecredit from a previous flight change did not show app in my account at all in the Wallet. So when I wanted to use it to book another flight, I had to call customer service and have them change my flight over the phone because there was no other way to apply my ecredit on top of what already was taken off the top of the new flight cost from the previous booking. that's all.

1 ★ We missed our flight because the app would say I was checked in and even show an assigned seat but wouldn't let me see the boarding pass. I was told by an airport agent to call their central to fix my check-in info. I contacted an agent to get my boarding pass emailed to me but they couldn't do that, just send me a confirmation which wouldn't get us through TSA. So we talked to another agent and were told to get in line. After that we were told they couldn't print the boarding pass anymore.

1 ★ In order to check in for my international flight, I had to input date of birth and passport expiration date. The app only gives you the option to use a calendar which shows the current month with an arrow to advance or go back one month. I had to press these buttons over 500 times to select the correct dates. This needs an immediate fix.

1 ★ it functions like a poorly made mobile website. doesn't fit screen properly. it literally suggested continuing to the mobile site for a "better experience" even though I'm only using it because they REQUIRE using the mobile app to get your boarding pass digitally, which is also so stupid. makes me not even want to fly delta anymore.

1 ★ I continuously have issues with this app over the past few years. High-speed wifi, app updated, latest flagship Samsung phone, no matter. Issues are nearly everytime I try to book a flight, error #100800. It never goes away. I don't see how anyone can use this to book flights on android, iPhone seems to work flawlessly.
