1 ★ Lots of errors, address and map pin always errors, useless CS can't even know the difference and wants riders waste time and fuel to the other errors pin to completed. Lots of hijacked orders which you waste time to go to the restaurant and will not get compensation. Advise and warnings, don't be greedy on high fees which is far pickup, reach there the order actually is hijacked and waste your time to go there.
1 ★ It gives the order that are already rejected because the restaurant is closed . To a account which is New . Fix this problem & put an option where we can tell you that the restaurant is closed so that the other riders doesn't have to go through the trouble of finding it close. Please
4 ★ Overall good experience but I wish I could permanently opt out of delivering restricted items, I know I can rejecte orders containing restricted items but sometimes I accidentally accept. Deliveroo says customers are only too happy to show proof of age, well some are but not all. Deliveroo says don't give alcohol to drunk customers, I've not experienced this situation yet but I imagine it could be dangerous to confront a drunk person.
1 ★ Every time changing but some things Don't change! ★only beat the delivery man★ F...king system (1) sometime restaurant close but delivero app open just coming order and sent delivero man. But when delivery man receive the order coming restaurant he see close restaurant but dont STOP the order Until the store Close. 4-5 hour same order repaid besides Don't Work delivero man 😈 (2)If you receive order from two or three kilometers away, it does not pay!! many things but Don't response delivero
1 ★ Dangerous app because it constantly distracts while driving. Why does this app require 2 press to reject or 1 to accept when the app knows the gps is moving and likely driving? Please consider the highway code when making apps for divers.
4 ★ Day by Day the app and the way of work gradually improves... The app is fairly light and easy to work with. It still doesn't have an option to switch distance measurements from Kilometers to Miles, but obviously the main distance measurement is Metres. Overall, I'd say, well done to the Devs.
5 ★ Excellent Experience with the app of delivero to find Easley restaurant and customer location. This app is more easier than other app like talabat and careem . I have alot off time to accepte Oder if order come during when we ride . ... ... .. ... .. .
3 ★ Current version of this app is decent however notification sounds do not play when connected to android. I've also thought for a while why accepting orders via android doesn't exist would create a safer working experience and keep riders legal whilst accepting jobs.
1 ★ Very disappointing i sign up almost 3 weeks ago but still noting update and there is no place to contact rider support where you can speak with them account is still in review even all documents are uploaded very disappointing
4 ★ Great app works well, no real bugs, it doesn't need much tweaking to be super good. good company to work with.
1 ★ Bad gps locstion, keep showing restaurants at wrong location, app freezes if go out of app and need to force close and reopen again and the app doesn't stay open and screen will be locked when riding.
1 ★ Payment is very low. You wont make living wage delivering for this company, they think we are getting free money for Fuel, delivery insurance , maintance and tax etc.. They don't pay refershment for waiting in restaurants. They will deactivate your account suddenly without valid reason.
1 ★ The new update is wros i mean it's not working properly.. I cannot see the customer descriptions. The see more button is not even working
1 ★ I was accepted like a driver and after I'm not able to log in in the app. And rider suport it's zero. Still waiting for them to answer at my emails
2 ★ It happened after the last update. I don't know if it is a glitch or if they had done it on purpose. Distance from pickup point to customer is always showing less in application in respect to on google Maps.
