1 ★ When I download the app and upload some videos. but due to some reason i uninstall the app. When i download again and sign in and playing those videos it's saying " video playing error" why this error occurred I want my videos back.😭😭
1 ★ How did this get 4 stars!! . In this world nothing is free, and 100Gig is to much of a danger zone to install, when it's saying " come and get 100zgig here for free " . Why did I install? , to see what's it about 1st and to give a review. IMO; Its tacky and I don't trust, simple as. The opening screen says... let's open (get permission 1st), pictures and start enjoying them. Who? Me or you ? Sorry, off it goes.....
1 ★ 100gb is ok. While upload there ia no limit, but for download our own file error comes please subscribe / watch sponcered video to download files. Worse experiance. You cant download your own files. Even you watch sponcered video then also file not start to download. Again error come unable to download file, unknown error. Dont weast time / money
3 ★ Nice app but not user friendly.No option to add folder, move items from one to another.Uploading stop after a period of time.Download stops if the app is cleared from recent apps.These are some major drawbacks.
1 ★ Doesn't work. Go to add files and it just constantly spins. I've tried reinstalling and doesn't make a difference. Happy to change review if I ever reinstall the app and it works
1 ★ Extremely disappointed 😞, App can't upload pics etc automatically, even though gave it all permissions but still facing same issue.
5 ★ Been using Degoo for a few years now it is a bit strange on how it wont upload the folder i specifically want to upload. What bugs me the most is the Special offers, i complete the task but get nothing and the "click here" is only a text with no link. Nice way to look professional. I do pay subscription. Im happy with it to some degree but I am feeling left in the dark.
1 ★ 100gb free storage sounds so good but no good if the service doesn't work. The check box in auto upload is useless, it won't save boxes I unchecked, don't show the boxes if it is not allow to make changes. Auto upload didn't upload photo I take, facepalm. Manual video upload also doesn't work, it says uploaded but it doesn't show up. "Good thing doesn't come cheap" is so true. Doesn't make sense it gets 4.4 stars, crazy.
1 ★ Great amount of storage but not user friendly. Automatically uploads files from my device without permission, in fact I specifically turned automatic uploads off. Still uploads them, sometimes multiple times, so I have 2 or 3 copies of files I don't even want. It won't let me delete them either! It says they've been deleted but they're never removed. My storage is a mess and I can't even fix it! Also noticed that adding files to a "collection" often doesn't work, no error, just doesn't add them.
2 ★ The following issues are encountered in the degoo app: 1. Unable to log out from the app 2. Unable to play the video even after watching the sponsored video(which allows to watch video above 200mb limit) in the app 3. Unable to view the downloading speed rate, path in the app. 4. App is not notifying the downloading process. Please resolve the above issues as soon as possible. Now in june 2021 the web login is not happening please check the issue.
3 ★ This is a fine app, but it is definitely dysfunctional in many areas, including but not limited to, the search bar and highlighting files. For some reason, many files can't be searched at all once they're put into a folder, and a majority of the files can't be opened unless you download the file. Hope this gets fixed sooner than later.
2 ★ 1)Deleted files and folder are re-exist in the app. 2) automatically uploads all my photos and seems to be not under user control. 3)App is really not at all smooth, will loose interest once started using due to many other bugs...better use web version app(better stable functionality than App).

3 ★ Pros: 1. 100GB cloud storage 2. It does upload files. So it works. Cons: 1. App UI is weird but still acceptable if its used as a free app. Not worth paying for. 2. Slow. When viewing photos, the app isn't smooth. 3. The most serious issue: Photos are not sorted correctly according to date. This is a real put off when viewing photos. I urge the creators of the app to please fix these issues and make it as comptetent as Google Photos. You'll have a lot of users added then. Thanks.
