Description
The app's features enable the user to:
• Add and view multiple DVRs simultaneously
• View your live video feeds
• Receive push notifications when motion is detected
• Playback recorded footage
• Capture images to smartphone/tablet
• Capture video to smartphone/tablet
Requirements:
• Compatible only with Defender HD and Defender HD Wireless DVRs.
• A high-speed internet connection and router (not included)
• An internet connection providing an upload speed of at least 1Mbps is recommended for the best video performance
App permissions
Defender HD 2.9 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows an application to call killBackgroundProcesses(String].
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

4 ★ I'm almost always able to log in and see what's going on around the house. The motion alerts portion needs updating. I'd like to receive a text when alerted, not email..I'm not sure if the problem is on my end or the app. I like it otherwise.
1 ★ The app works fine on my private network system, but I cannot get it to work on external Wi-Fi systems, as I did with my old app for the same system. That's disappointing!
3 ★ Often lags, by the time you want to see what's going on at your home, the delay could be costly! Have to reopen the cameras which also delays the view.
1 ★ This app used to be decent, now it only works half the time and you get no more hd option. $350 camera system and it's garbage.
1 ★ Don't waste your time!!! App works sometimes, not when its needed though. Absolutely junk. Defender did I get your attention yet? Fix the issues.
1 ★ After upgrade doesn't show HQ video anymore, all the control buttons and satiric to high quality buttons all vanished and can't locate them any where under setting tabs
1 ★ App is horrible. Never works correctly and have noticed that the cameras dint last either. Tech support is non existant and sadly im getting rid if my setup. Not reliable either.
2 ★ I'm having issues with the motion alerts. I have it set on DVR and it's working but on my app it's not giving me any alerts.
3 ★ Okay WHEN it works, as it often fails to connect so you can view it on your phone - usually a couple of times a day. So that's quite frustrating - but it is free...
5 ★ Easy to use and connection is speedy. Only advice would be to create an app for laptops as well.
5 ★ It has gotten better. Video is clear. Resets on start up but that may be internet issues. App is good.
4 ★ Installed about a month or so and never had a problem. I have it on my tab and my phone. Both are working very well.

1 ★ Never connects to the camera's you can scan the code off the DVR or put it in manually but it will not connect to the Device in the app...
2 ★ Take very long time to open the app. Sometimes, I can't login.
