Description
This app is dedicated to the beautiful historic continually inhabited town for the past 6000 years, Byblos & Jbeil. A charming, highly Touristic , Romantic Town where history meets modern times in an enchanting atmosphere.
We cover the historic places to visit, the beautiful old ruins which are renovated to host the dotted restaurants in old Byblos, the fishing harbour, the souks where several shops sell gifts and handicrafts, as well as fossils of fish thousands of years old.
There is so much to see and do in Jbeil, including the amazing old sea castle of byblos, the Waxuseum, and the very tasty fish restaurants overlooking the pier and the old harbour.
As you walk in the streets of Byblos, history comes to life, the town where the first alphabets were invented still boasts a lively night life and is a young and busy town, as it hosts 2 universities.
Jbeil app also covers the upper area of the town, where it is more modern and enjoys the cosmetic life style of similar cities in Lebanon.
