Once installed, Severance Hospital
You can receive various services as listed below.
-Tomorrow's schedule
You can view the hospital's treatment and examination schedule at once.
-Waiting order for treatment
You can check your waiting order for treatment anywhere.
You can wait at the coffee shop instead of in front of the clinic.
- Medical appointment reservation
You can easily make a medical appointment through the mobile app.
You can also check your reservation details.
-Payment details
You can easily check your treatment history at the hospital.
Both outpatient and hospitalization can be checked.
-Check test results
You can check the details of the test results received from the Diagnostic Medical Laboratory Department.
In addition, for patients visiting our hospital, we will continue to expand and provide various convenience services such as inpatient convenience (inquiry of attending physician visit schedule, diet inquiry), mobile health checkup service, mobile payment (medical treatment fee, prescription drug cost), and direct claim for actual loss insurance.
