1 ★ App claims that all girls showing are local to me but after some reached out, they are nowhere close. Duplicate profiles and other info doesnt seem to match up. I dont trust the profiles that are showing. After not paying the full price, it seems the likes and messages stop coming through, even though winks do. Deleting. Something doesnt seem right...
1 ★ This app is too messy. I tried their free trial and deleted my account a day before it ended. My account was still charged, when I contacted customer support they basically said they couldn't refund my money (even though account is still deleted). All they could do was activate this account that I was dissatisfied with for the remainder of the month. I declined, don't waste your time with this.
1 ★ This application lacks of customer care. Its money grabbing and scam. Before I confirm my subscription, it said its $2/biweekly= 104/6months. And it said you can cancel your subscription at any time. So regarding to what it said, I thought it will deduct weekly amount from my account. So I bought a subscription and it got the whole amount from my account! Then I searched about the policies and it said VIP members can not get a refund. I had no idea I'm a VIP member till I went to my profile and clicked on "Restore purchase" and it said I'm VIP member!!! So I email the customer care and someone named that I wasn't informed properly by the app that if you pay for the whole amount it considers you as being a VIP. And someone named (ANNA) told me its nonrefundable cause I'm VIP member and I can only unsubscribe because I was informed, but I didn't pay attention. So I tell her to delete my profile, just give my money back and she repeats herself as she is not able to do any refunds! Whoever manages this app,, you cant just get the full amount and adding people to VIP cause *YOUR APP* took the whole amount of money so they cant get their money back!! Its FRAUD. If your customer care named Anna, dont give my money back, I will report your app to the police ASAP. Apparently I'm not the first one who got you reported so cops have already have an idea of what is going on with your app!
1 ★ Verry expensive, unfortunatelly for nothing. I payed the subscribtion and wrote to people, but no one wrote back, because without paying money you cannot chat at all. Waist of money, time and effort. Other application let people chat for free... and are much, much cheaper...don't do the same mistake as I did.

When you try to delete the account, it has it's tricks to make you confused and push the wrong button, EVEN try to make you PAY for it instead of DELETING IT! DON'T ACCEPT BEING FOOLED!! REAL BUSINESS DO NOT FOOL PEOPLE. LET'S STOP THIS CULTURE OF FOOLING FOR SELLING!
1 ★ cant talk to anyone unless you pay. cant do much of anything to engage with others unless you pay. and the prices are too high. cant even try it out for a month without paying forty bucks. its insane. you should either lower the prices some or allow free members too at least be able to actually chat and not just wink. just a suggestion.

1 ★ The app is absolute garbage, constantly glitches and the customer service people are rude and disrespectful. I purchased the subscription just to try it out and immediately cancelled it so I wouldn't be charged for a second round. I was unhappy with the service so deleted the app and my account and was still charged for a second subscription. The customer service person I was emailing was extremely rude and refused to give a refund even though I had cancelled the subscription well in advance 👎
1 ★ This app charged me 49$ for a 9.99 purchase. I only wanted to try to see if it was better than the others not commit. It was not its like no traffic There is just alot of swipping and no one talking. When I contacted the site to cancel I basically got a tough luck email. Don't try it don't buy it. They could have at least offered me half my money back I used it for less than a week... its BS

I paid for a subscription after having this app for 3 years and I woke up to find that not only someone added me to her favorites but my account was deleted. I am not going to re-register for the app because the one time I spent money on a dating site and want to find love I get deleted. I did nothing wrong to get deleted just sent a message t someone and your done apparently. They deleted my account and there will be no refund. BEWARE....
2 ★ The app over all is okay but when I'm trying to message someone it goes to the subscription page even though in small print it says i can message people without the subscription. This is a recurring issue no matter when I am trying to message someone. I hope this gets sorted in the next update.
