App permissions
Alcoa Outage 1.0.3 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.

1 ★ Pretty much worthless. Only shows transformer that is out not the areas affected.
2 ★ App fails to work. Doesn't allow you to enter power outages, see outages in your area, etc.
1 ★ Pretty useless app. The power went out & I installed it to report the outage & to see the map but the app isn't working.
