2 ★ Mediocre at best. App constantly crashes and the transition between the app and PayPal is not seamless at all. Tried paying with PayPal and it never went back to dash so I could confirm the order. Had to leave the app and start all over.
2 ★ Menus are not done properly and there are almost never any drivers, especially weekends. When I do miraculously get a driver and the restaurant reads the order correctly, the app is decent at best, with no in app tracking or chat, its all done by cellphone, meaning if you use wifi with no service the app is useless to you.
2 ★ Great app its handy...BUT... they decide what you do with your hard earned money it adds a mandatory tip onto your bill...me personally I dont shop anywhere that forces you to pay extra on top of a delivery fee
1 ★ App doesn't provide full menu options, when adding things into the "special options" box it's almost always ignored, deliveries are usually never tracked and show up an average of 30-40 minutes past the estimate, and only once have I ever been notified it might be late. Ordered twice with items missed. App should be more streamlined with a proper menu and tracking like every other delivery app. Never has drivers available.
1 ★ awful service I've ordered through them multiple times (if they even have a driver available) you have to babysit your driver and call his dispatch otherwise your order will take over an hour past the time they set the delivery time. They also don't refund for their awful service and the customer service is non-existent.
1 ★ I cant even open the app. It crashes every time I click on it. Garbage. Would rate negative stars if I could.
1 ★ Have been trying to order off here for the past 4 days. Page says they are not taking orders at this time. For 4 days!!!
5 ★ App worked great. did not experience any of the issues listed in the bad reviews. Order came 20 mins early
1 ★ Unreliable. Waited 30min after order was placed to let me know they can't get a driver. Don't waste ur time.

2 ★ The runtime error issue is still present after the sept 3 2020 update, Samsung s8+
1 ★ Crashes at startup as soon as I installed the app.. running Moto g5
1 ★ I love the app but it keeps closing the new update sucks please fix it before i delete it all together
2 ★ The app is easy to use, but the service is completely hit or miss. Sometimes you can order and get it in 45 mins, but sometimes it's 90 or completely unavailable to order at all. Wish they had more restaurants and reliable service. Update: Service is getting even more unreliable, not sure if it's a Dash issue or a restaurant issue. I'm going to give up on this service as the past couple orders just straight up failed or were unavailable for a whole weekend. I don't suggest wasting your time.
1 ★ Full menus not available individual businesses say to add it to comments but then ignore it. Cant even order anyway because its REQUIRED you own a credit card to order. I used a debit the first few months now haven't been able to use all year thanks your app design requiring a credit card. Smh. False advertising and terrible customer service.
