Download the latest KrowD application, version 1.0, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Productivity app is developed by Darden Restaurants, Inc. and is easy to download and install.

Description
Note: To log into the KrowD App a user must have activated their KrowD account in advance through the desktop site at the restaurant. Once registration is complete they will receive their user ID and create a password needed to sign in through the app.
This app supports Android versions: Lollipop (5.0), Marshmallow (6.0) and Nougat (7.0). Android versions of Kitkat (4.4) or earlier are not currently supported.
App permissions
KrowD 1.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to read or write the system settings.
Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.
Allows an application to write the user's calendar data.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ The newest update has strangely affected my Samsung A70, my phone will not charge anymore. Turned to safe mode, deleted the app and it worked fine. Re-installed it and the issue continued. Turned back to safe mode to delete the app, phone still won't charge. Hoping my phone isn't broken from the KrowD app.
1 ★ Krowd isn't allowing me to login anymore I've deleted and downloaded the app again and it still doesn't work I can't believe that it's doing this all of a sudden Please help me troubleshoot this app or whatever needs to be done in order for me to gain access to my krowd account again Thanks in advance.
3 ★ The app works about 65% of the time. When it works, it works! When it doesn't though, you're locked out. My first time using an app for work schedules and the like and it's honestly just average.
1 ★ I have to log back in with my user id and password constantly. Im talking about every 3rd time or so. And because the user id is not one that we get the option to create, instead its one that is assigned to us, I never remember what it is. Adx to that the fact that we cant use the "forgot my password" option from our devices, it makes for a real nightmare, considering thats the only way to check my schedule. Whenever i bring these issues to the attention of management im met with frustration.
1 ★ This is one of the glitchiest apps I've ever had. Luckily, this is the only negative thing I've had to say about Darden, Darden is awesome! However, it forgets my credentials very often and tells me my password is wrong when it's not, so I cant see my shift and have to call the store. Additionally, it wont register my time-off requests, and I dont get notifications for messages. I'm not sure if this app is only for apple and not android, but it could really use a fix.
1 ★ The app deleted my log in info and when I try logging in it says unauthorized access and reloads the login screen indefinitely.
1 ★ This is a pretty awful app...even when you consider most of it is just linking to the website. I've been using it for years and the login system for this app is still one of the worst I ever seen. It goes whole weeks where the app states credentials are invalid but the same credentials work perfectly for the website. The fingerprint system on most phones helps to manage the fact that you have to change your password frequently to one you've never used before...as if you're securing top secret classified documents. But occasionally the app will simply reject the fingerprint saved password forcing you to reenter it. And if you can't remember it? Time to change your password on the website, which still remembers your password, and then wait two days for the app to update and finally, type in the new password. Try any earlier and it will just keep telling you that your credentials are invalid. The worst part is, the overall app isn't too bad when you consider it just links to the website for most info...but if you can't get past the "Fort Knox of employee logins" then it doesn't really matter. Just use the website and try to pretend this app doesn't exist.
1 ★ This app sucks, it won't let me log in, it keeps saying "unauthorized use" I know I'm putting in the right password because it i just changed it ! I can't even see my schedule
1 ★ When we first switched to krowd and the app became available I was really excited, and it worked great at first. Now it logs me out every time instead of allowing me to access my account with a fingerprint or a pin like it used too, if it even let's me log in at all. It's frustrating and it's definitely time to fix it. it used to work great, wish It still did.
1 ★ My phone has a damaged fingerprint sensor and the app refuses to work without it. Ive got 5 other security measures that I could use instead, but theres no option to use anything else
2 ★ Continually kicking me out. It supposed to save my info. Allowing me to sign in my my fingerprint but every so often bam kicked out. Then I am forced to remember a ridiculous user name and password
2 ★ This app is virtually garbage. It lets you view your schedule and the basics. But the messaging system sucks and viewing schedule details is a pain in the ass. Not to mention it is ALWAYS down for maintainance and kicks you out of the database when it is! I wish this corporation was smart enough to use something that works like Hot Schedules...but nope! WHAT A JOKE!!!
2 ★ I've had the same username and password for over a year and all of a sudden the app isn't letting me log in
1 ★ What children did Darden hire to make such a broken app? Messaging does not work properly. Notifications flat-out don't work. Very poor on-screen indicators for EVERY function. Poor storage use on devices. Duplicate functions leading to different-format screens. Glorified hyperlinks to web pages used in place of direct content. Overbearing app "security" (can't even use screenshot func). This application is a joke. For fun, several servers and I mocked up a better app than this in an afternoon.
1 ★ I can't login to my account on the computer or the mobile app. I tried the forgot password and forgot username, that wouldn't work either.
