How to Use
1. Sign up a Danale account.
2. Log in.
3. Click ‘Add Device’ and follow the instruction to add your Danale-supported device. (If you do not have one, please click ‘Discover’ on the log in page to watch our public live videos).
4. Enjoy wonderful watching experience!

1 ★ This app is terrible, i can even get it to accept the correct time zone. It is frustrating. The Anran wireless cameras use a different app but the POE cameras use this waste of time app. And it doesn't like showing the cameras unless your on wifi
2 ★ I had to Uninstaller and reinstall the app, it worked fine back in August, but I cannot get it to accept my camera let alone view anything. Never had a problem before. Not sure what happened or why this is happening
5 ★ Using it for about a month. We can't use cloud because the cams are at our cottage and cellular data is expensive. That being said, with this app we can check in on the live feed video and mic. So far so good.
5 ★ The company support section is very helpful and they can assist in fixing any issue people might face with the usage if their dvr device. Hope that danale software keeps Improving by adding extra features to connect to private network or cloud.
3 ★ Have had for years, but am shopping for a new one after finding too many other cameras that offer more features than Danale and they were able to keep their app/ cloud service free. If I could suggest one change, even if you don't subscribe for cloud service you should still be able to get motion/ sound detection alerts. It's a selling point for the camera and you find out too late it's a wasted feature unless you want to pay $5 or more a month.
1 ★ This app was working fine and then it just stopped on android phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it only worked once. Fix it. Works fine on iOS! No way to contact anyone.
1 ★ When I first got them they seemed ok. Now it takes forever to pull up the cam, says offline most of the time, and since they already charged my account on the 4th and the today the 11th for the same camera plus my charge for the 2nd cam I unsubscribed and will go elsewhere. This isn't the first time I have been charged more than once a month for service. I'm going to pull bank statements and see how much I've been overcharged for this unreliable crappy service.
1 ★ DO NOT USE. Google please take this app OFF the play store, it is a ripoff a HUGE ONE. Worked for about a month then it stopped working. So ill be canceling the cloud service, the whole thing just refuses to work. But they still take your money.
1 ★ Works for the first month. Everything was working properly, i could watch the cameras on my phone but only for the first month, not even after you subscribe to the monthly plan. Keeps saying system offline, is not the cables, is not the internet, i have to download a different app. Keeps saying offline no matter what, only live view with your tv. This app came recommended with the Smonet Camera system.
1 ★ Worst Chinese software ever!!! Anything you're observing on the live video is very choppy. And I'm connected to a fiber optics broadband connection at work 100 megs. Same thing at home hundred mags up and down. My QSee app before this system wasn't like this but the same internet connections. Also if you watch one camera for more than a minute, the image starts breaking up. This is the worst viewing software for security system I've ever seen in my life!
1 ★ Not even able to input ssid of the network,there is no way to edit else other than password, than the app says ssid can't be blank ... wtaf ? Really? Tried uninstall/reinstall, same.
1 ★ Every time I try to use this app, it says offline. Don't blame wifi or data coz all other apps function. Crappy app is what it comes down to.
2 ★ Only works 1/3 of the time. Very disappointing, worked well for the first couple of months.
1 ★ This app does not work, you can't even register on it or on the Windows app, oh Windows app does not download from the official site, if you got this far, you got ripped off like me!
3 ★ Decent app but lacks the ability to review recorded footage in anything other than real time which is annoying when you need to scan an hour of recorded footage and cant fast forward it at all, it literally takes the whole hour to review the footage. Please address in an update
