1 ★ Need app code where do you get it. No clue worthless

1 ★ Can't do anything! Useless!

4 ★ To get the code, you have to go to their website and find "power outages," and fill out a short form and they'll email you a code to subscribe. The app looks easy, no power outage yet, so we'll see once that happens!

1 ★ Can't Connect to Server to Input Code My internet connection is fine as evidenced by me being able to submit a review but, the app returns an error saying my connection is bad. Not able to input the code and use the app as a result. Will update review of this gets resolved.

1 ★ Need code from website. The website was down due to too many trying to report an outage! The app is worthless if you are trying to first use it for an outage.

3 ★ Why it takes 24 hours for a guide us rather lame in today's e commerce world.

1 ★ The app won't get past the load up. The startup screen with your logo appears, then fades to white and that's where it stays.

4 ★ Works Fine once you get app code from Dakota Electric's website. Hopefully they update the app to allow you how to request a code,
