Discover the full convenience of the Mercedes me Apps! With the Mercedes me App your smartphone becomes the digital link to your Mercedes. If you use more than one of the Mercedes me Apps, they merge their functions together.
Please note: Mercedes me digital products will only function with Mercedes-Benz vehicles that are equipped with the Mercedes me connect communication module. The range of functions depends on the particular vehicle equipment and your booked services. Your authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer will be happy to advise you. Their use requires an active, free-of-charge Mercedes me account. Use of the functions may be restricted temporarily if there is insufficient data transmission bandwidth. Continuous use of the GPS function in the background may shorten your battery life.

1 ★ cannot use a debit card to pay on this service to renew services in my vehicle absolute disgrace Mercedes I have spoke to you twice in the last 2 years each time I have come to renew and you have promise me that this would be fixed
2 ★ The app does not allow me to buy a package and it just changes the language to German from time to time
2 ★ It works, but not without flaws : I first chose to confirm my products payment with my banking app, and, instead of launching that banking app, Mercedes Store offered me a QR code to be scanned by that app on the same mobile device, as if I have two opposed mirrors somewhere. Going back in the payment choices, to use my bank's encryptor device, caused an endless failure loop. I had to restart the app and enter my credit card data again in order to be able to pay.

1 ★ I have 150 apps on my phone. This one crashes more times than the rest put together. Great concept but absolutely useless. I won't purchase anything from something so unstable. *the Mercedes me app is fine. It's the Mercedes Me store app that just shuts down randomly
1 ★ Haven't been able to use the app. For the past 56 hours this message comes up everytime I try to use the store "Maintenance Work. We are currently optimising the process...." I've uninstall and reinstalled twice and the same message keeps coming up

3 ★ Not going to leave a 1 star review, but how long is the app going to be down for? Bought a second hand c300 and want to get android auto. However the app is currently under maintenance and has been since the weekend. When will it be back up and running?
