Description
Features and functions of the App may vary depending on your vehicle’s equipment and your subscription services. Use of the App requires an active Mercedes me user account, which is provided to you free of charge. You must also accept the applicable Terms of Use for Mercedes me connect services, which you can view on the App Mercedes me connect. Some features available for passenger vehicles and controlled via the App may not be available for “Mercedes-Benz Vans or Freightliner Sprinter at this time or in the future. Mercedes me connect services are only designed to work with a vehicle’s factory configuration and genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts. Mercedes me connect services or the App may not function in connection with a vehicle that is not factory-configured or with parts that are not genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts.

1 ★ I made a purchase 2 days ago and it still hasn't 'completed' so not a good start. I will email my local dealer tomorrow for advice and hope to rectify the problem. I will update my review depending on the outcome.
1 ★ A year has nearly passed now since I received my June 2020 car. Were you kindly able to include Microsoft Exchange Email (Not Office 365) functionality please? I will not be subscribing to In Car Office I'm afraid if simple exchange email cannot be included. I do have to say, nearly a year on, this is ridiculous for something so basic and readily available on very basic car brands. Could you update? Thanks in advance. 02/06/21
2 ★ Unfortunately can't share via Google Maps anymore. It opens the pop-up from Mercedes Me and hangs on loading. Also, tried to contact via email 2 days ago and didn't get any response.
1 ★ I'm replacing my original review of this app due to the latest update which, in reality is yet another DOWNGRADE. I have well over 100 apps on my phone but this is by far the worst load of incompetent rubbish I have ever experienced!!! Mercedes make fine, high quality cars but this sham of an app is a total disgrace. Now, since the most recent "update" the ECO display no longer works. The Customer Support tell me it's been "sundowned"! Perhaps someone can explain what on earth that means? GRRR
5 ★ i think this is amazing. Increases level of security on the car and can keep a track on location at any time! Other half had locked the keys in the car and I managed to unlock the car using the app from 10 miles away!
4 ★ NOTIFICATIONS ARE ACTIVE AGAIN. THANK YOU FOR SORTING THIS OUT WITHIN 6 DAYS. Kudos. Logging out every 24 hours even though app is used at least every 6 hours. Its a nuisance to stay logging in at least daily!
1 ★ UPDATED 16/06/2021 Absolute garbage. It logs me out after each usage. Well done Daimler. A proper app well conceived. --- When I'm not being logged off it works nicely. Shame I have to be logging on and setting everything up at every usage I do of the app.
2 ★ the valet services don't work and I have just bought another service to find out it doesn't do what it says in the sales page. can't open and close windows or sunroof like I was told before I paid. really dissapointed in this app and the misselling
2 ★ Recently told me the car was unlocked when I was halfway through a 6 hour walk. It wasn't! It's also generally very slow to do anything. not the best effort.
4 ★ Estimated charge time is back... Yay. But now the notification when I start the charge comes through at least 20 mins later. Not a biggy but thought I'd let yous know.
4 ★ Gave this 4/5 originally then 1/5 after the update as zero functionality but now back up to 4/5 as all the functions etc have returned. Internal activation of services just took a while to activate.
5 ★ Great app with excellent functionality. also find it incredibly useful especially knowing when, where and if my car is charging.
1 ★ App used to be very good but recently can only lock car remotely, all other commands cause the app to crash close.... No longer fit for purpose!
5 ★ Great app, allows me to view car status. Lock and unlock the doors from the phone. Very happy with it
4 ★ slow to connect and get update from the car some times, UI could be better and more accessible. But it does what's expected
