Daily Ninja uses secure login to authenticate users. Dailyninja uses your mobile number and OTP to verify and login the user. DailyNinja would NEVER post anything to your Facebook/Google+ profiles.
How does the DailyNinja know my address?
The DailyNinja app uses your GPS to locate the areas/apartments near you. You can select the area/apartment you live in and enter your complete address.
I could not locate my building. What shall I do?
DailyNinja currently operates from a limited area in Bangalore, but is expanding at a very high pace. You can show your interest, leave us your address and we would make sure the DailyNinja comes to your rescue.
How does my order gets delivered?
Your supplies would get delivered to you everyday before 8 AM by DailyNinja.
When do I settle my bills?
We work in a prepaid system. You only have to maintain a sufficient positive balance in your DailyNinja wallet and we will keep delivering the product to you. You can add money to the DailyNinja wallet using multiple online payment options.

1 ★ This grocery app is let down by continuously poor last mile execution. The selection and ordering process is average but the delivery is pathetic . Not a week goes by when there isn't a quality issue with items delivered. Products are either damaged or poor quality . . Update September...dropped the app rating to one star . The week began with another messed up delivery .Update 7 Sep - again a damaged product delivered ! This is the WORST home delivery team in the market today. Avoid
1 ★ Pathetic service. A big no to try it, not worth trying even. Everything remains out of stock for ages. When you ask to transfer your wallet balance to bank account, they just keep mentioning that it is a technical glitch and will be fixed soon. I am following for my wallet money refund since last 3 months and they are awaiting updates from finance team since 2 months. Not customer friendly, you have to followup with them every 10-15 days and will receive reply that we are awaiting reply
1 ★ There is no sync between this app and the milk vendor. Inspite of non delivery this app still deducts money. I have been charged since May'20 from when the delivery was stopped. Only get answers that complaint is being looked into. Its more than couple of months no resolution. Please avoid using this app as you will only lose money. Hi, Have emailed you. Please check and revert.
1 ★ I don't have negative rating for this app. Useless app. First they accepted money, scheduled subscription but just before delivery they said location unserviceable. First if the location is unserviceable why did you take money. Secondly, since my location is unserviceable, I raised a refund request one week before and still not refunded. On top of all, very very poor customer service And don't reply saying elaborate more
1 ★ Worst app. I have recieved my order only once and all other orders never reached. Even on raising this with support it never got resolved. Money always gets deducted from wallet but order never reached. Even raised refund of money from app's wallet and this also not resolved. Whatever amount was left in my wallet is now also gone. It's been 6 months now. The worst app.
1 ★ Earlier this was good. Now they are shutting their services gradually without giving back the amount already added in the wallet. Inspite of several calls and messages, one one is willing to refund back the amount. Worst part is this app still allows to add fund even for the location which they are not serving and enjoying the free float income. Recommend not to go for this.
1 ★ Such a stupid app, I happen to subscribe milk through this app and recharged the wallet for 1500 now I do not have the option to reverse or withdraw it to my bank and they do not deliver milk as well they have automatically cancelled my subscription. Customer support do not call us back chat support do not reply back, the app will not open now.
1 ★ Worst experience. It is only collection of money & delivering milk. You will not get any resolution on your complaint & will play football 🏈 game with you & your issue will never get address. You will receive up front call only when wallat balance is low. For complain do not expect any thing fron there side. I moved to this app only support vocal for local movement.
1 ★ App was good. Why the hell this was shifted to bbdaily. Greedy takeover deal. Bbdaily isn't working either. Very disappointed. Cannot trust startups.they Will scoot off leaving customers in mid water once they get some money. No loyalty whatsoever. Very unhappy. Have decided not to subscribe or install any app that will be related to daily ninja team.
3 ★ The billing history doesn't show the wallet balance on a daily basis..it is very difficult to cross chk wen its partially delivered due to insufficient balance.and the respond time in refunding the amount is long even after reporting the issue and sometimes it does nt get credited unless its been followed up many times. And pls make a provision to view all the issues reported for a month so tht we can tally which all issues were resolved.now we have to click on each date to chk the report date.

1 ★ My balance deducted without any subscription. I requested to change shop keeper distributor because of my location change in same city. No option to select location and distributor/shopkeeper. None is replying on mail or call. Never use this app. Worst customer support I have sent my query to dailyninja email but no reply.
3 ★ Service is good. Shipping charges should not be there for any value orders. Other competitors are not taking shipping charges. For example milk. Add money offers are also very less. Bring more options for payment. When you are going to start accepting Sodexo meal card? Competitors are accepting.
1 ★ Once you register with your address all Rates of all milk are upped by Rs. 4 per litre on the MRP. AMUL Gold is showing Rs. 60 per litre, but MRP is Rs. 56. Please check the rates before buying. MRP is included of all charges including transport/delivery. Charging above MRP is illegal. Update: even after mailing and sending screenshots, there is no response from DailyNinja. Update 13/10: even after mailing all details no action taken. Google please take necessary action.
1 ★ Not good. Many times vegetable quantity is less than ordered but they charge fully. It is repeat bad experience. Nobody to hear us.... I was wrongly charged for the items not delivered. Inspite of multiple reminders no feedback no callback.
