1 ★ Asking all details and finally saying not serviceable in your area. Waste
5 ★ Was very sceptical about ordering through this app because of the low ratings. Still decided to go ahead and try. After 2 orders (in Chennai) I am completely satisfied with the quality of products and delivery service. Prices are a bit high yet very helpful during this lockdown.
1 ★ They are cheats! They promise delivery by next day 7 am after getting your address and they will get the orders. When asked about the delivery next day they will say the order will be delivered by 12 and after 12 they will keep postponing it every 2 hrs saying it will be delivered within 4 and then 6 and then 8. Finally they will never deliver.. this bogus company will take the money away from you and use it for their cash flow! Not sure if I'll even get my refund back! CHEATS!
2 ★ I don't understand why local produce is soo costly. Usually product is a sum of vegetation, maintanence and transport. Cutting the transport out of the equation, the products must be more affordable but it's as expensive as we would get from a store... Apart from that, we are paying for the delivery too...
5 ★ It's a very good online shopping experience... I get locally outsourced products which are clean and fresh. Even during the lockdown, they are delivering products..... Fresh produce, neat packing, timely delivery... Thank you daily locally. I hope you could add more products.
1 ★ No fruits are fresh. Was delivered after 7hrs delay. No quick response from support team as well. One item found missing in the order and no information provided whether the amount for Missing item will be refunded or not. Much disappointed.
1 ★ I had ordered veggies to be delivered by 11 AM yesterday. Prepaid. it wasn't delivered till late last night and I rec'd a mail seeking my permission to either deliver it today or cancel and seek refund. I promptly cancelled the order and sought refund. Now ie nearly after 35 hours delay from promised delivery time and after 60 hours after I place the order and 20 hours since I cancel it I get the goods ordered. Going to collect it. This is the worst ever service I have experienced.
5 ★ Daily locally has an excellent customer care support team who are diligent and very responsive. Really satisfied with their response and would definitely order from them. Keep up the good work.
3 ★ Many items, undelivered. No organized activities for refund. Delivery through uber and no tracking, No actual invoice for delivered items. No customer care. One good thing items were fresh though looks high in terms of cost.
1 ★ Just noticed that in most of your responses you ask users to share their phone numbers to call them to solve deliveries which you bungle up. You also don't call them anyway nor share your contact number. Why do you send OTP to mobile number and confirm initially if you are anyway going to ask us to share our number (if you are going to take our money and not refund / if you are not going to deliver
1 ★ Very bad service and you will unable to complain also only chat options is available in which they only says "will connect you shortly apologize for inconvenience" but they never connect to you. Very irritating please don't install this application.
3 ★ There is nothing much available except in the vegitable section . In spices there is no Chilli powder. Bread ,Egg.cheese ..not available...No wheat Maida.. Limited option . Again ordered s few items....while the quality of items were reasonably good the irritant issue is NON Delivery of items...Absolutely no apology or even intimation of missing items .. One will realise if he checks his order.. Totally unprofessional working ...I am yet to get refund ...the promise is to process it in 5 days
4 ★ Liked the idea, enthusiasm, startup, a very essential service required in our society today where the quality is compromised for profits or whatever, India has changed drastically over the past five years and more, where people are looking for good hygiene and quality products and services when vegetables and food are concerned, Hope the quality and service sustains come what may, and, reach the standards like that of Whole foods, Vegmans etc.in USA Currently in USA, hoping to be back by December, and will try the service for sure, Good luck, take care, stay safe

5 ★ Was looking for A2 milk when i came across achela from daily locally. The milk was really fresh and better when compared to other brands as well. Keep up the good work guys.
