1 ★ Does not work as described. I have to uninstall and reinstall multiple times daily for it to work. Trying to find an alternative so I can kick this to the curb.
1 ★ Calls are not clear. Voices come and go.
5 ★ After setup it has been working great. Make sure to edit your preferences and call strategy.

1 ★ Dropping calls, changes ringtone by itself and sometimes doesn't ring at all, app crashes and has several issues. When placing someone on hold, it also just drops the call usually. Very disappointed in this app.
2 ★ Works sporatically. Sometimes the call rings when the desktop rings... Even though it is set to do desktop first. Then the cell continues to ring and ring when i have answered it from the desktop, on the first ring. It just kerps ringing while i am on the desktop phone.
2 ★ This app is great when it works, but it has a host of performance problems that make using it a nightmare. The app does not ring when the app isn't in the front. The app does not ring after you switch screens (and back to the app again) and requires a force stop and restart to get it to ring again. The app does not run in the background while other apps are in use (so you must use your mobile device for this app and do nothing else with it). Device is an LG V20.
1 ★ Terrible experiences. The odds are less than 50/50 if the app will work for the day. Constantly drops calls, cannot make calls. I am frequently forced to clear cache/storage, redownload the application, just for it to not work. Very frustrating!
3 ★ This App is very useful, but it is not allowing me to log off as in the iPhone version, it is not allow me to end the calls when it goes to voicemail and also sometimes the speaker does not work. Can you please fix these issues.

2 ★ Numerous features missing - No access to settings menu of any sort. Definitely rushed out before the product was ready. App is not at all compatible with Call center features.
1 ★ App doesn't work on bluetooth with my brand new note 10, and freezes up all the time. Works great on ipad. Hope they can get it working on android soon.
1 ★ You have to force stop this app to use it after talking a phone call. Most times it doesn't even ring. Forwarding calls stinks. Voice mail doesn't play over Bluetooth... Weird. A lot of issues with this app
1 ★ I have to uninstall it every two days in order to keep it working. It will ring and not give me an option to answer it. It also doesn't have a good button to end a call.
3 ★ Having issues hanging up my mobile phone doesnt not ring when a call comes through so I need to be looking at my screen constantly.
