3 ★ This app looks like is was designed in 1994. Nothing is intuitive, it's clunky and crashes. Oh well, at least it's ugly.. I'll expand. There are about 20 buttons and only, and I mean only 1 has any function. It may be that my daycare only uses that one function but then why do I see all of them? Why when I click on a function does it ask me to select a child when I only have 1? Why does it ask me to select my child and THEN show me nothing because it's a feature my daycare doesn't use. If this app design was turned in as a junior app designers homework I'd expect it to get a D. There is no way this was run across users. There isn't a single way that you've polled the users of this application and found out that they like how it works. My only hope is that it's cheap.

1 ★ Can't stand this app! My notifications just stopped out of nowhere. Can't get them back on, even when deleted and re-downloaded. No indication where I need to look when something is posted and have to go through the entire list for both children and then sometimes still can't tell. This app is very confusing to use and I am very computer savvy. Did anyone test this before it launched? I do not reccomend this app at all. Unfortunately it's what our daycare uses and we have no choice.

1 ★ Doesn't allow saving pictures to phone. Vendor acknowledges issue but unresponsive to solving the problem for months. **Note: Problem still exists after their update. It is even worse than before. Now when trying to save a picture the app crashes & shuts down. Uninstalling & reinstalling doesnt fix. **NOTE 2: After much debugging, I have determined a fix. Use file manager and create a directory structure LifeCubby\DownloadedImages on your internal storage. This will allow you to save pictures.

2 ★ What Happend! Starting in June I have been unable to save any pictures and also stopped receiving notifications. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, checked permissions and folders. Sad I can't save pictures of my babies while they grow and upsetting that notifications stopped as some are extremely important and require immediate attention. Usually the care facility has ended up calling me and asks, didnt you see the notification?- we need you here asap.

5 ★ The app is a great way to keep in touch with our baby and her caregivers. There was a recent issue with the updated version crashing on my phone and the support and service for developing a fix was excellent. I've never had another app developer be as responsive. Thank you for the fantastic customer service. Looking forward to continuing to use this app!

1 ★ This app is not user friendly. It is incredibly slow. Most of the time when I try to access information about my child's day I get a blank screen. Right now there is an exclamation point next to my child's photo, but when I click on her photo or any of the other options to find out what has happened I get nothing. I hope my childcare facility finds an app that works better.

2 ★ Buggy. Notifications work but only for certain functions, does not send notifications for comments put in daily sheet or directly on pics. As off July/Aug 20 I am unable to download pics where I was able to before. Once I reply to a teacher comment, the original comment disappears and are no longer on daily sheet. This makes it very hard to follow conversations and also for the second parent to understand what I replied to. Email notifications vague as to what it refers to ie lesson plan posts.

4 ★ As of today the app is crashing everytime I try to access the Daily Sheet as well as other features. I uninstalled, restarted my phone, logged out and back in, and updated the app. Not sure of what else I should do. Please help fix. Other wise a great app to check up on my little guy. Thanks!! Update 10.7.18: My app is still crashing after update was pushed out.

2 ★ Great idea to see my kid at school, but it constantly gets frozen loading. Now need to uninstall and reinstall daily.

4 ★ My app is still crashing everytime I go to look at daily sheets. Even after the app updated. I am a teacher so I use the app from a teachers end and as a mother of a baby. It works great on the teacher part just not the parent part please fix. I need my parents to see what we do in the class room and I need to see what my baby does too.

3 ★ It's an ok app but I dropped a star because I can't save images to my phone. My daughter's mother had no issue on her iPhone. But I've tried with my previous phone (Galaxy S10) and with my new Galaxy S20+ and it doesn't download. I hold down on the picture and click save when prompted and nothing happens.

2 ★ Notifications no longer work and app frequently crashes. The chat functions are awful. I frequently can't see messages and the app will say there are messages when there aren't any. In addition, the conversation does not display in chronological order which is weird.

5 ★ Wonderful! Happy Samsung user here. Crashes have been repaired, and I am able to see what my little mouse is up to in preschool. Excellent customer service!! Sue was wonderful, very Johnny on the spot with my issue. Sincerely appreciate you guys, and this app!! ❤❤ Love, Love, Love it!

1 ★ App has major security issue violations. It is beyond ridiculous that these people have allowed a security breach to happen. Parents are able to see other children on their app. I was able to see multiple children and all of their information. If I could see other people's information, I wouldn't be surprised if complete strangers could easily access this information if they wanted to. I am so thankful that my daycare chose to end service with lifecubby after the situation of other children's information being exposed. The CEO didn't think much of it. She was apologetic, but didn't seem too surprised or concerned. She wasn't even going to contact the parents whose children were exposed, until it was suggested and brought up to her. Supposedly they have fixed the problem right away. But they were not very cautious or even under the impression that there are people out there are searching for this information. Imagine if a stranger got into the app and told your daycare that they would be picking up for the day. I feel like more should've been done for security from the get go.

4 ★ great app but the tracker doesn't work on Android version either for the daily sheets or the daily summary. i contacted support and was given a workaround, you can see the tracker if you long press on your child's picture icon then all the info shows up.. seems like an easy bug to fix considering the iOS version is fine but..no fix yet
