Description
This innovative app is the perfect solution to make calls without needing your hands – when you're driving, walking, exercising, or doing other tasks. Cyberon Voice Speed Dial even allows you to use your Bluetooth headset (for Android 2.2 or above) to make calling safer when you're driving.
The voice recognition is highly accurate because you create a "voice tag" in advance for each person you would like to call. It's quick, easy, and allows the app to recognize virtually any voice (there is no language barrier).

To enable Bluetooth hands-free voice dialing, please make sure to check these items:
1. Make sure your phone and your headset supports Bluetooth hands-free profile.
2. Install this app on your phone instead of SD card.
3. Restart your phone after installing Cyberon Voice Speed Dial.
4. Re-pair your Bluetooth headset and phone after installing Cyberon Voice Speed Dial, if they have been paired.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to record audio.

Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

2 ★ After update, cannot rec tags w/similar names, Steve Home, Steve Cell, Steve Work. Gr8 b4. Alpha list by 1st name 2set tags. MUST SHOUT TO WRK w/BT :(
4 ★ Since android EMUI 8.0 op system upgrade having problems to phone using Sena 10S. If connect to Bluetooth the music auto plays. Then Voice Cmdr not want to work. Need to stop auto music start. Difficult to regcognise pre recorder names.

2 ★ A great app. But I wish it could play back voice tags when calls come in so I get to know who is on the line without looking at the screen. Also it can not be activated using my camera button except the onscreen icon as my phone lacks camera or search button. My old phone could do that. Again it does not work with beats Bluetooth headset
2 ★ My latest update on this product. Since a recent upgrade on Android, the unit will not start by pressing the bt button as it did before. Also it takes a long time to initialize. Contacted Cyberon but no response and the app hasn't been updated in 18 months, so i suspect they've stopped development. Looking for a better solution.
5 ★ Spent literally days trying to get working voice dial on my Nexus 5 and JVC car audio. Everything was unreliable and also needed network connection. Many were not completely hands free. Then I found this app. It just simply works! Correct dialing every time and completely hands free. I'm really glad I came across this app.
3 ★ Over 400 contacts it took days to record all of the voice tags, phone went faulty. Need i say more. Unfortunately no longer works after lollypop upgrade, reinstalled app but no sound recognition on Bluetooth.
4 ★ It didn't work right away. I did everything the instructions said and still would not work with my BT headset. Then I disable S-Voice and re-paired my headset, then Voice Speed Dial started working. I was looking for a voice dialer that would work with the PIN security on my S3 phone. I was looking for a simple application that wasn't complicated and just worked. I got both.
5 ★ Thanks a lot, I was waiting for this app a few years. I had it on my old Windows Mobile phone and after switching to Android I was missing it a lot. And now I can use it again. With the pre recorded names there's no problem of mistakes that are happening in Google Voice Dialler (witch sucks).
5 ★ Using more than 12 year. Windows mobile 5 to android marshmallows. Don't know why other's can't do this. You don't want say same as computer voice recognition. Can record your own voice for recognition.
2 ★ Good application and used it on several phone models, until I changed to Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, where it's impossible to record voice tags. Had to uninstall the app, how sad...
