1 ★ This app always shows all the delivery slots are full. I couldn't get a slot in last 30 days after which I gave up and uninstalled this app. It lets you add even out of stock items to the cart and gives you a warning only during checkout. And then you are blocked, and you have to figure out which item should be removed for you to proceed. In short TERRIBLE experience

5 ★ The new update is not working guys. Kindly check. Previous update Review: I love it completely. Wide variety of brands, reasonable price with good offers, timely delivery and perfect customer service. The fruits and vegetables was fresh. It takes tiny bit of time to load but that's negligible. Highly recommended.

1 ★ After installing new version I can not go in to the app. Ask again to install new version. But it's already latest version. There is a loop from app to play store and play store to app. But can't go in. Can you ask your developer to check the version of the app during app opening, if latest version means don't show the pop up window for update version. Totally irritating. But only the app. Your product are so for very good. Fresh products. Please improve the app performance.

1 ★ It is bloody sickening app. We cant see the details of the product. Bottle or pkt items. No description. Very poor app. More annoyingly the delivery date slot. It does not open at all. Noted some of the prices are high compared to normal mini mart. Hey CEO, kindly close your online groceries website.

5 ★ I am using Waangoo since 2 3 months, Every week i am ordering my groceries. I am 100% satisfied with Waangoo. Product quality super, Delivery punctuality super (Everytime on time), Products have multiple options. I got 2-3 times full refund of defective product, without any delay and problem. Waangoo's customer service is too good. Having fantastic Experience with Waangoo. If you are searching for best online grocery shopping then nothing is better than Waangoo. Most recommendable.✌️👍

1 ★ Delivery is not punctual. Suppose to reach by 6-9:30pm. Waited long long and no response.

1 ★ Not user friendly at all. Can't view any products with a proper description. Cart doesn't load. Delivery slots don't load. Nothing works. I've heard the service is good but the process to order is tedious. Now I know why. Please resign your app to be more consumer friendly.

1 ★ your app design is not good and there are many issues in app like Delivery slot not available, delivery slot logic is very bad. after you update software its ask you to update again, so you are in deadlock situation. Your IT department is not experienced and not sure if we are paying online my credit card details will secure. Please hire good and experienced IT team else no one will order from app.

3 ★ The app has some bugs which has to be fixed. I'm not able to scroll down in ny app. I tried killing and reopening still not able to open. Please try to fix it. Aprat from this, i guess is very useful app.

3 ★ App has glitches. Could not checkout and confirm order since 2days despite all delivery and payment options selected correctly. Had no problems last couple of orders. Error message "Try after sometime!" keeps appearing. Already uninstall and reinstall app but same issue. Email to support gets no response.

1 ★ Pathetic app. Not able to make payment. When go to cart after selecting the products, it shows nothing in cart. Don't know what's the problem. Uninstalled it 2 times then again install but shows same problem. Very bad experience.

1 ★ The store and the service is perfect but the ordering process is horribly frustrating. Both the apps and the website can use a lot of improvements. Please fix them, I like the store.

2 ★ The logic to release the slots is completely illogical as one can never find a slot unless you spend full day just checking the slot and if you are lucky to time it. There has to be a time slot when the slots will be open based on the address or area just like Redmart.

1 ★ While their packing delivery inventory update etc etc are good and professional, this is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Cart does not load up, some products don't even load up, suddenly cart will show 20 items and then 0 items bla bla. Pls use only their website

1 ★ Poor search experience and overall poorly designed app. Search keywords are not linked to products at all. When you search for eg. Coconut oil, you get everything but coconut oil. Most products are out of stock. I don't see the point of displaying out of stock products. Not like it'll allow me to order when its back on stock. They have very limited payment options. Overall I've had a very dissatisfied experience with this retailer.
