Description
While your smart device is connected to the Kapture KPT-850’s WiFi connection, this app will allow you enjoy the following features:
• Live Viewfinder – See what your Kapture KPT-850 is recording in real time.
• Video Transfer – Transfer your recorded videos to your smart devices storage.
• Video Playback – Playback your recorded videos on your smart device.
• GPS Playback – Play back your GPS tracing and speed alongside your recorded video simultaneously.
• Snapshot – Capture a saved snapshot at the push of a button
*Only compatible with the Kapture DLX Series KPT-850 1080p Dash Cam with Instant GPS Playback & WiFi
**WiFi Assist may be required for GPS data

KPT-850 2.2.0110 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to modify the current configuration, such as locale.
Allows applications to change network connectivity state.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows an application to read the low-level system log files.
Allows an application to broadcast sticky intents.
Allows an application to read or write the system settings.
This constant was deprecated in API level 8. The restartPackage(String] API is no longer supported.

1 ★ Unable to connect to unit via wifi to Samsung Note9 since last update from Samsung. Please help! Can't set date and time on unit or download footage. Upgraded to the S10 5G and still can't connect. Absolutely useless. Ready to throw it in the bin.
4 ★ don't understand the purpose of share sign as it does not work at all. even on the videos which are downloaded on to the phone. other than that, app and camera are great.
5 ★ Works fine. If you can't connect your phone to the unit, ask a techie to help you. Android is fussy about wifi connections that do not provide internet access.
1 ★ Worst app ever, does not connect to the camera. Obviously this company doesn't care about it's customers or it would have fixed the app after so many complaints. I will be returning all 4 cameras i bought for my cars .
1 ★ Same as everyone else. Phone app won't connect to the camera, followed the instructions exactly, and like others I'm stuck in a loop of entering Wi-Fi password. Will return it and get a Navman or Garmin instead.
2 ★ App doesnt work. I follow the steps to connect via wifi, then open the app only to be gold to connect via wifi. Stuck in a loop of entering wifi password. Please help!
1 ★ Unreliable to operate as it should. GPS still does not work. Gonna ditch it for a camera which does what it says it will.

5 ★ I have an android phone and the app wouldnt open, Diego at kapture told me to turn off the data before opening the app and it worked! 👌
2 ★ No way to set location of save folder Just not very essy or intuitive to use Locating and using downloaded captures sre just laborious and inconvenient No Winows10 version so I can't use laptop wifi to access.
