Cullian is a voice and messaging OTT app, developed by Cullian Corporation, with a primary focus on Africa, allowing users to make voice calls to fixed lines and mobile phone numbers at very low rates with very low data usage as well as free app to app (Cullian to Cullian) calls. Whether it is sending or receiving a variety of media: text, photos, videos, and documents, as well as voice calls, Cullian connects users around the world with each other.
