1 ★ The bus arrival times are consistently inaccurate. I repeatedly miss buses as a result, and have no way of knowing when the next bus will arrive because this app is always wrong. This was supposed to replace NextBus, but it doesn't do even a fraction of the job that app did. It was reliable. This one isn't.
2 ★ This is not nearly as accurate as next bus was. Schedules bus times usually show a certain time and then two buses will pass by and then it'll show an updated time when the buses may or may not show up. This company needs to get its act together I'm about ready to uninstall it and just use regular Google maps.
1 ★ What's going on with this app? Nextbus was a bit unweildy but at least the times were accurate. So far all of the times I see are about 3 minutes after the bus leaves. How did they replace nextbus but apparently can't get the one thing I need from this app right? Just accurately tell me what time the bus is coming...
1 ★ (SHOULD BE NO STARS) This is a terrible app. I travel a lot by bus, and most of my travel is relatively unplanned. The thing I need most is a complete listing of nearby bus lines, with direction and times. That way, I know if I'm waiting for the 240 in 10 minutes, the 150 in 8 minutes, or going across the street for the 750 in 5 minutes. This app doesn't have anything like that, which basically makes it useless for me. PS-- The previous app, NextBus, was aptly named. It was very useful.
3 ★ This app is a carryover bc Nextrip stopped working unexpectedly. No mention of the chageover was made. Layout looks the same. Nextrip users were also caught off guard esp if their city is not represented anymore. Nextrip was hit/miss for me (made me late for work many...many times) because the prediction was not accurate half the time.
1 ★ So far this app is terrible. Finding a specific bus is difficult. I am trying to set it up how I had nextbus with all my preferred lines and directions, but it only gives me 1 direction for the routes. The favorite line/ stop is confusing and too much hassle. Andbit does nothing to help when it doesn't show all busses servicing a stop. This is probably the most half-assed app on the Google market.
1 ★ This app does not include all the nearby lines. NextBus gives you the options to catch a nearby lines by listing them all at once. In this app, you have to search for those other lines individually. Not helpful. And the nearby stations are way off. They gave me one that is three miles away.
1 ★ This app does nothing different than google maps. It is pretty useless. I want to know times nearest to my location that any buses within my area are arriving or departing. Apps like next trip did this and they are no longer supported. I'll be looking for another app.
1 ★ More focused on offering ride shares than showing things like where the next bus is on a map. San Francisco did better with NextBus. I'm disappointed that the switch to Umo was made to seem mandatory before full functionality was even available. Terrible rollout. ETA: The developer's reply is a canned response. Our city is available on Umo, the app is just terrible.
2 ★ So y'all get rid of NextBus only for this to not work and say it's an issue with the user's internet connection? Ummmm y'all better get it together. People have places to be and routes to plan out. It's already annoying enough having to go through extra steps to look at the routes when NextBus had the current AND next scheduled bus arrival listed for all related or nearby routes, not just the one.
1 ★ Really terrible UI, doesn't work as intended and won't anticipate your location. Just tries to get you to use ride shares. Bring back nextbus!!
1 ★ Almost missed my bus. Said it would take an hour for bus to arrive. Was thinking of looking for a different bus to take. I felt the time was wrong so i waited for the so called hour bus and it arrived in 18 mins . Terrible app. I miss next bus
1 ★ Same issues as TouchPass. Half fare disabled passengers cannot use the app by adding their half fare pass. They must therefore buy fare in person and also cannot keep track of their balance. This is not accessible nor acceptable.
1 ★ Replaced my old bus app which would tell me how long the bus would take to get to my stop. I was able to know how late my bus would be. Now it just shows the schedule. Terrible change.
1 ★ Zero stars! I need a reliable app like next bus that shows all the different route August green with the different arrival times unlike this app which is useless. Waste of space on.my phone, i deleted and using google maps. I meed an interface like nextbus.
