Download the latest Hue for Wear application, version 1.1.2, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Cuberob and is easy to download and install.

Description
Simply connect to your Hue bridge using your phone and start controlling your Hue light bulbs from the comfort of your wrist.
You can:

Next to controlling your lights or groups using the watch app, you can now also add hue support to your favourite watch face if it supports Android Wear 2.0 complications! Use the complication to see the status of the light or click it to toggle that light or group!
[New] You can now also connect to your lights from outside your house by connecting to your Philips Hue account. However please note that Philips limits this to 5000 request per day for all app users.
In theory the app supports all lights that can be controlled through the Philips Hue Bridge, which includes Osram Lightify and Ikea TRÅDFRI lights that have been connected to a Hue bridge! (if you run into any issues here, please contact me by mail)
Please note: This app is for watches that run on WearOS (previously known as Android Wear). So Samsung gear S watches are not supported.

3 ★ Had it installed before and it was fine. My watch decided to do a factory reset, so I had to re-install everything, and now I can't get the app to authorise with the bridge from my watch. The phone doesn't have a problem. Hopefully the author will be able to advise. Will update. So, when it works it's good, but it seems to be a bit temperamental.
3 ★ Not all lights in group are controllable. Hope this gets fixed would be 5 stars otherwise.

5 ★ Switched a couple of weeks ago from iPhone to a Note 8 which made my Apple Watch redundant, so picked up a Huawei Watch today and figured I'd give this app a try. Connected with no issues to my Hue Hub and the app works flawlessly. Really like the UI, looks great and very easy to use.
3 ★ Nice interface.. easy to use.. when it works. Issue to reconnect to Hue Bridge 2.1 .. it just says "Opps!". Seams related to connection to phone (BT).. or please check and display WiFi status on start? Please try to fix. Using Ticwatch E (Wear 2). Will upgrade to 5* if fixed. And please add some animated scenes :).
5 ★ Just bought and love this app. Simple, clean, easy to use! Works perfect on my Zenwatch 3. A must have for any need who owns a smartwatch and Philips hue bulbs. Would have 2 suggestions for the developer, just a little nitpicky - on the room selection page, a quick icon on the side (or even the room icon itself) could quickly turn the lights on or off for that room? Or maybe a long press on the room? Would love to be able to really quickly turn things on. Also, the back button the the room color throws me off, so used to swiping to close a screen, although that is something I'm sure I'll get used to. Anyway, great app! Looking forward to future updates :)
3 ★ The interface for the app is nice, and it does control the lights. Some of the features don't quite work, though. For example, choosing the "Arctic Aurora" scene turns my lights white instead of the blues and greens I get with the app. The "Bright" and "Read" scenes are exactly the same as one another, but they are different through the Hue app on my phone. The app also does not seem to work if my phone is not connected to WiFi. It doesn't give an error message in that case, it just spends a while trying to load and then says it can't. This is especially annoying if you put a complication on a watch face because instead of telling you whether the light is on or off, it just says "N/A," so the app's complications are really only useful if you're at home already (in which case I have other easier means of control like an Echo or Google Home readily available anyway).
1 ★ Unable to install on my g watch r 😬 not even my comp sci student son could get it to install on the phone using all the forum advice 😭
3 ★ It worked fine at first but now all I get are the connection bubbles on opening - doesn't keep connected to the hue bridge and have to manually reconnect the bridge everytime. Using a Ticwatch E.

1 ★ I have a note 8 phone with a gear s3 frontier watch and I can not install the app to my watch. What's the deal if you are in need of some money I would've gave to you but to be robbed....can I get my money back.
3 ★ Good looking app but I can't get it to connect to my bridge :(
3 ★ It works. Really needs to not fake the scenes selection though. Doesn't pull the scene list live from the hub. My custom scenes do not show up.
5 ★ A tutorial would be nice. Also it would be nice to select all lights to turn off/on, instead of only one room at a time.
