Follow these simple steps to get started.
1) Switch on the main power for the Lite.
2) Open the Reos Lite app.
3) Open the navigation drawer on the left, and allow the app to search for the bulb.
4) Wait for the app to connect to the bulb.
5) Close the drawer by swiping it on the left. Check if you are able to change the color by clicking anywhere on the color palette.

Reos (iota) Lite 2.8 APK requires following permissions:

3 ★ Highly disappointed.. Auto connect doesn't always work. Need lot of improvements. Everytime you have to search for lite to get connected. No widget to quickly toggle. One more thing.. i was planning to use my old tablet as a remote which is on kit Kat .. the app doesn't support tegra note 7.. not sure why
2 ★ Where shoud i start? 1. Bulb gets disconnected on its own most of times.. 2. Sometimes bulb is shown available but unable to connect though tried for many times...only solution found was to switch the bulb off and again turn it back on.. 3. Most irritating part is the way schedules function behaves in the app, it never makes appropriate changes though tried it many times, am not able to delete a schedule or make changes in existing ones, whatever i do, previous schedules only pop up again when the bulb again connects to the app...only thing possible to make a change is to factory reset the bulb again and again. Hope this doesn't damage the bulb.. Please rectify the following problems..
1 ★ The bulb is good, but the app couldn't be worse. Takes ages for the bulb to connect, needs location to be turned on (don't know why), bulb hardly ever connects automatically on starting the app, the scheduler is very buggy and the app lacks a lot of features (for instance selecting the brightness of bulb while scheduling). Totally dissatisfied with the app. Wouldn't recommend people to purchase until the app is fixed + updated. Look for other options until then.
1 ★ App fails to connect. Not even sure how to diagnose this. Is this a phone issue or bulb related? No indicator on bulb, not even a blink that tells you it's receiving power. For all I know the bulb is probably dead. Got no response on helpline number mentioned. No one picked up the call. :/ Also, app install only on phones and not tablets

1 ★ Bugggyyyyy Led gets disconnected quite frequently and even don't show on search easily! Needs alot of improvements on connectivity part and then only other features come into play
1 ★ maintenance of app is not good.. oneplus 3t on android 7.1.1 not working.. ( its show connected but no effect on bulb colors)... motorola g2 on android 7.1.2(lineage os) working perfectly... yuphoria on android 5.1.1 working perfectly..
1 ★ Because of this app the bulb is useless as a static bulb. The app doesn't connect nomatter what. I tried uninstalling and installing it back. If you can't make a bug free app to work with a smart bulb thenwhy sell a smart bulb???
1 ★ Not very great app. 1.it takes time to connect multiple reos i have couple of them. 2.music sync is pathetic and it lags a lot 3.random colour changes on music sync allow for single colour since even soothing songs get rampant colour changes and spoils the mood. 3.scheduling white or yellow high lumens is not possible. 4. There is no way in modes to choose white or yellow lights. 5. If i choose high lumen white light and turn the light back again it doesn't remember those. I mean there are plenty of issues trust me its a mere fun for day and then its crap just because the basic simple testings are not done. I use pure android on motog4plus and reos sucks a big time. Sorry to say but mansaa lights and software is way better.
2 ★ Works well once connected but every time you open the app it doesn't automatically connect. Have to scan to connect which requires your GPS to be on which is an unnecessary extra step!
3 ★ Why why ? 😡😡😡 Bought the bulb but now the app not great it need lots of improvement Like: + Their should a widget that tougles on & of switch + On Schedule page where is the bright light ? +You should have given atleast an sdk So other people we do what you can't
3 ★ fix the music sync, add more modes, let us choose the apps to get the notifications from instead of being stuck among your small list of apps, fix the YouTube channel select option (I can't select any YouTubers I actually watch from your list)
1 ★ Such a cheat...everytime we choose any option in the app, lite got disconnected. Photo capturing not working. Scheduler not working..one has to switch the lite from main board again n again just to toggle different functions in the app
1 ★ These scammers should do a recall and refund. Syncing can be problematic on all phones. Main issue is a software bug that forces the Bluetooth unresponsive. Need to manually restart the Bluetooth_share system app to fix this.
1 ★ I am not able to connect with my moto g2 running on Android 6.0. This bulb is useless piece. Don't recommend this to anyone.
