2 ★ liked the original with the videos, animations etc. much easier and informative especially if dealing with an emergency, was more user friendly for all types of learners.

1 ★ So very very convoluted. They got too fancy trying to create a learning platform rather than an easy to access reference. I do not need to be stepped through one slide at a time. There is no quick reference to just search & view issues. They baby step you through a convoluted flow to get any information. Waste of time even when not in a hurry. Create a seperate app instead not this. Cluttered app, trying to be and do too much. Off to DL a more straight forward app.

3 ★ There are basic spelling and grammar errors. In some cases, a sentence is not finished. There's a case where a treatment is mentioned before you are taught that treatment. I attended a first aid class where a paramedic advised the use of this app. I mentioned that it has errors & become more convoluted because of updates. He showed me his phone - he had the old, clearer app. The new app has some good info that is not communicated well. It needs serious revision for basic English & concision.

1 ★ Horrible update. We had it on all our work iPads and will be deleting. It previously provided a great source of information. Now you can't find anything. Do not waste your time. Better off with a hard copy.

1 ★ Got a response to my review. it was no help. I need help in responding to emergencies at work and home. this new AP does not let me supplient the training I have recieved. it is all to make money off sales of kits and worthless.

1 ★ What the hell is this? So let's say im in the bush and someone gets hit by a snake. This app will simply NOT give me the details I need to deal with the situation. Like at all. It's a great example of a designer, or team of them, justifying their jobs by ruining what was an awesome app. This app is garbage

1 ★ No longer a reference source. It's now a learning app. I've been first aid qualified for about 20 years. I don't want another test, I want an accessible reference tool

1 ★ The previous app was much better to find a first aid help to a problem. I doubt I'll ever use this update version in an emergency as I'd quickly become frustrated

1 ★ This is nothing like the original Red Cross App, and while change is good it definitely is not in this case. I cannot recommend this current app be downloaded nor used. I am very disappointed with the direction this change has taken, and found the previous version to be far more effective.

1 ★ Miss the old version. Was a lot better for beginners. Was easier to navigate, all topics laid out easy to find. One click and follow direction. Dont recommend the new version to students unfortunately.

1 ★ Was a great guide to follow in an emergency. The update turn it into a course. I don't want to take a damn course during an emergency, I just want a guidance/refresher app.

1 ★ Educational, not practical. A first aid app should provide quick step by step actions to attend to specific medical conditions. This app offers learning modules, but I rather not do a 9-step learning course before I can help someone. The emergency part (which is not on your home page!) is very basic and refers only to a few cases that require CPR (without instructions how to do a CPR...). If you've been bitten by a snake... go and complete a learning module. Convoluted. Misses the point.

1 ★ Where has all the bandaging tutorial gone...or all the other tutorial for that matter. Please change it back as this will only hinder the person who is to do any emergency bandaging or procedures to any victim. This current version will only make people avoid helping any injured person.

1 ★ Old app was easier and faster to access. Now it is not even working in my country.

2 ★ The lessons were good, although it is very annoying to not be able to navigate easily between lesson steps without going through options repeatedly. BUT... quizzes are dangerously bad. Often you cannot pass without entering wrong answers, including more than once where it requires multiple mutually exclusive options even when only one is correct. (Most obvious where it needed True AND False for one question, and all three answers to another. I cannot take out and object AND leave it in)
