3 ★ Decent app but when you look at the map, there's so many Red Cross markers than you can hardly see anything. SUGGESTION: The Red Cross pins should be a layer that you can disable.
5 ★ great program, it's pretty accurate, I like that they have quizzes, alerts are spot on also ... If you tap the circles inside the track of the storm It shows info about the date and time it should hit that area
5 ★ This app has map layers for everything! This is a tremendous help when tracking a hurricane, finding shelters, donating, helping, viewing current conditions, etc. A+
5 ★ I find this app very helpful with Tracking hurricanes ,and just a reminder you can turn off shelters also I would like to see a scale that measure distance from the eye to the home location
5 ★ As a 21 year volunteer, I speak for myself not the Red Cross on here. This app has saved many lives. There IS A FEATURE TO TURN OFF SHELTERS. Deploying on National Disasters before the app existed vs now are 2 world's apart. Florence is changing it's impact area and people rely on accurate information from the red Cross. The educational piece alone has helped famies share how to be safe with their kids.
4 ★ Still undecided this will be my first time using this app and on Hurricane Dorain. Live in Central Florida it would be great if I could share this info with my other parts of the family. I also noticed that you don't keep the news viedoes from day to day of the hurricane when it started. l like to keep a log of it's progress with the other information.
3 ★ This app never gives me just one notification. Instead it will go off like five times in a row. Very annoying.
1 ★ Trying to track Florence but the Red Cross shelters make viewing the path of the hurricane difficult. There needs to be an option to disable this. Uninstalling.
2 ★ Helpful but no option to turn off alert sounds? So annoying to have constant music and tornado sirens going off.
1 ★ I cant see anything on the map because it is covered with red cross shelters pins, and you cannot remove them. Horrible design.
5 ★ I love the app its the best because it informs me when a hurricane is coming or like a tornado and u can add family and frieds to do its amazing that's that's y I love the app.
3 ★ This app used to give information about each storm by touching the various dots along is past and projected future path. No longer does that.
1 ★ Needs a LOT OF WORK-particularly in the ACTUAL ALERT DEPT.!! We do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PUPPY at all--we'll see if it grows up to be GOOD, ESPECIALLY WITH AUDIO ALERT CAPABILITY.
4 ★ I get alerts about tornados not only where I am but in the cities I added. Happy with this app.
5 ★ Helped me through tropical storm. Tornado alerts were extremely important. Radius parameters are key!
