3 ★ App is helpful but several bugs. Tech support... Ha. If the problem is something they've seen before they'll want to take over your system to fix themselves which doesn't help for the future (also worth mentioning they like to disable virus protection and the like to do the work) If the problem is new to them, good luck even getting them to understand the problem let alone find a solution.
