1 ★ Services through app is so pathetic. Connection of my street is down since 9am but the local support(khamtarai area) team closed the call within an hour. When I called them they registered one new complaint and after some time they again closed. This is so irritating. If have any email of any senior, pl share, will raise the issue. Sadly

1 ★ Meter reading image doesn't upload. Person responsible to visit home for meter reading visits at irregular intervals and hence have to pay bills at higher slabs. Please fix this. Atleast let us upload the reading at a fixed date. It will reduce the monthly electricity expense drastically.

1 ★ A ridiculous app. We don't get the current month's bill in it, rather it shows the previous month bill. In app as well as in cspdcl site. What is the point of having an online portal then?

1 ★ Pathatic application , I had registered complaint about 9 hours before , but there is no response and no action taken, Given contact numbers are also out of service in this pandemic situation they are making jokes. There is no updation from application on my complaint. Every time they had reason that only one vehicle is available for attending complaint.

1 ★ Worst app. For registration OTP mentioned as being sent. Never sent. Unable to logging Still problems persists. I have tried several times but OTP not being sent in mobile.

3 ★ Nice app. Very useful. I gave 3 stars because for making multiple payments you have to enter the BP number manually every time. It should have multiple BP number saving feature. overall good app. Does the work.

5 ★ Till now have only use bill payment facility and it works fine. Using this app for almost 3-4 months for bill payments.Current month bill is automatically generated and notified to the user. Kudos to the team

1 ★ With every changes you guys set new benchmark to make worst app. How can a person read white text on light blue background, I hope you guys do test before deploying app, even a 5 Y kid would tell u this. Please have a look at view bill option nothing is visible in that.

1 ★ pathetic app, have his own convenient drop downs choices for grievances, doesn't have comment field to add more. you cannot track the complaint status, it has only 2 - raise n solved. who has designed such ab app where basics of users input have not been taken care of. is there a possibility of - rating

1 ★ worse UI design, background and foreground color combination is very bad, texts are not readable due to white texts on light background and that's why it has became unusable app.

2 ★ it's require few more feature to improve or more useful to consumer. the status of complaint which is raised by the consumer. that can make it perfect app.

5 ★ Superbest for billing but it can't solve request.my request is pending since February 21. There is change sername change.I hope it my be sure solve.

5 ★ Good app from cspdcl good for the information and bill payment..easy to use. complaints also resolved immediately.

5 ★ Excellent .App should not ask to fill the debit / credit card details . Card Details should be saved and there must be option to change the card details.

5 ★ Nice app with quick response and easy to use. Please add auto save option in payment mode for card and account details. It will make the payment easier.
