4 ★ Very nice app but missing an important feature. Multi-stop routes are important feature to add. I know that I can get to one location and back but I would like to plan my day to several destinations and have it calculate the total energy consumption to determine where I should charge.
4 ★ Good app with a good coverage. No extra fees for frequent charging users who signed up for Passport Membership for $25/year. Occasional users are charged the flex fee. Pay attention to the last screen on the charging station that will show you the final price before you select Start Charging.
2 ★ Give us an optio to end charging sessions manually on our devices. This is beyond frustrating when an attempt to connect fails and I cannot try again because the app still thinks I'm charging.
5 ★ App works well and has accurate data most of the time. Some charging places are a little inaccurate but works for the most part. I am able to activate certain charging stations using the chargehub app, so that works great.
5 ★ Great app - lots of info and details about the individual charging stations and plugs - awesome that even other app chargers are listed so I don't have to use multi apps to find the location and which app would work with the station.
4 ★ It took 49 minutes on hold before I could talk to help, but when she was available, she gave me the phone number for the charger unit and I called them. THEY told me the unit had recently transferred to another app not serviced yet by smart hub. He gave me that number and they helped me. I did get my car charged and look forward to trying out ChargeHub another day.
5 ★ Miles above similar apps. So many more stations listed and more prices and other data. 10/10!
1 ★ Update to response: The issue I encountered is trying to create ChargeHub account with my Google account with the Google One Tap. This happened on the Samsung s22 Ultra. Bad start, just tried out the app. Can't even create account(sign up) with Google account. Just very bad first impression.
5 ★ This app is quite helpful. I'm a new EV owner and this is really helping me understand my charging options.
3 ★ Good overview, but 'public' does not necessarily mean accessible. The information in the app gives you an indication of where to find options but especially in cities you might not be able to access the charging stations unless you are a resident. You also might find yourself scrambling to find the charging stations. Only to discover they are not working or not free. Charging at malls is generally well indicated though. The app also freezes frequently (tested on Android 11, Google Pixel 3).
3 ★ App works ok. The notification feature for a busy charging station is handy. My biggest complaint would be that the app constantly logs me out. Sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes after a few hours. The trip planning feature is sub-par compared to "A Better Route Planner" which allows you to input your state of charge from departure and desired state of charge for each stop or your destination based on your ev and the grade of the roads traveled.
5 ★ I love the way they show the different types of charging stations and all the info for each. Super easy to use!
5 ★ Charged our Tesla Y with an adaptor. Everything went smoothly.
2 ★ After the last update on December 11th, app doesn't open anymore on my s23 ultra. Please fix
