Description

Simple 5/3/1 eliminates the hassle of crunching the numbers for your cycles by providing an intuitive tool to do that work for you. Simple 5/3/1 can generate your cycles in lbs or kg, with warm-up sets and popular assistance templates like "Boring But Big" and "First Set Last". It also handles plate loading instructions, joker set creation and personal record tracking. Best of all, Simple 5/3/1 and all of its features are free!

I've made some changes to Simple 5/3/1 here's what's new:
-you can now view a graph of your max progressions.
-you can now generate Sheets and Excel compatible files that map your cycles through multiple waves of 5/3/1, with an appended max-percentage chart, and save them to your drive account or send them as an email attachment.
-you can now export your personal record and max progression data to Sheets and Excel compatible files and save them to your drive account, or send them as an email attachment.

As always, my goal is to provide a free, first rate 5/3/1 experience!

5 ★ right on point tells me exactly what I need to do how many plates to load no reasons to stop and think just keep going

1 ★ I honestly couldn't figure out how to use it.

4 ★ Great 531 app. Gets the job done. I wish it had a box that you could check off that lets you know or serves as a reminder that you completed that set. I often find myself having to go back and try to remember how many sets I've done or if I completed that entire day. Please allow for a visual clue that lets me Mark off what I've finished. Thank you.

5 ★ Perfect no frills app, does exactly what it needs to do and does it simply and well! I like being able to track PRs separately from the 5/3/1 waves. Reminds me of the old "strstd" website. One note: when in the "Exercise List" for a particular workout and you go to add a PR, would be nice if it defaulted the exercise to whatever list you are in. Currently always defaults to squat no matter what.

3 ★ Everything works fine, simple to the point designs. Except plate loader stopped working a few days ago, not a huge issue, still a minor annoyance.

5 ★ I love this app. It's simple and easy to track along with and I've seen huge results. One issue I have is that the plate loader has stopped working since the last update.

5 ★ Great app! Is there a setting where it calculates your new training max in case you miss a rep/set?

5 ★ Excellent interface. Simple and effective much like the workout itself. Only recommendation would be to make the bodybuilder icon to the left of each set toggle and invert color to track progress during workout.

4 ★ Good app but might be useful to add an option to change BBB to the alternate version where you do 5x10 bench on press day and 5x10 press on bench day etc.
