1 ★ I have been trying to order. But unable to add my address, god knows how many time I have updated my address, but it didn't get updated. There should be option within profile itself to add address.

2 ★ Confusing and lost the root. I used to use it every week. Now i struggle on landing page, ever changing products, payment and finally planning to move on. Few products were really good and they dont cheat.

1 ★ Too slow; the new version is even more slower. Database of customers incorrectly copied from the older version. No option even to edit that! Was always pricey, and now with such a user interface, doubts arise about the commitment. Probably got carried away with the diversification bug (outlet at airport etc) like most other Start-ups. Sad, because I have been a regular customer. Hope they read the feedbacks, as I don't see any response to any of the feedbacks here...

1 ★ This is the worst app I have ever encountered with. Following are the reasons: 1. The minimum bill amount is INR 500, Then slso they charge me shipping charges 2. This same problem gets repeated every single time and the list goes on. 3. There is no improvement even after a customer raising concerns every now and then I was really happy that you people actually delivered nostalgia to my parents but my experience is getting worse with every passing day and i have to undo the order midway..

1 ★ Love their idea and passion, however the app is an utter disaster. Premium pricing deserves premium experience. Saying that we are a start up doesn't help. You got enough time during the lockdown to upgrade and evolve. Ordered multiple times in the past with relative ease, but post lockdown the app just goes crazy. Took me 30 mins to download the list of products and add to cart. Thereafter, tried adding my address (which should already have been on file) without any success.

1 ★ The UI is horrible. Can't even log in. The app deteriorates any network available, be it WiFi or mobile network. Rest aside, could not even see what's the menu. It's that bad. If it promises to be a home cooked meal, build a better interface. And it keeps on loading even at 1 Mbps.

5 ★ I have been using the site or orders. Enjoying the services. More important is am getting what I need and the product which I don't get

4 ★ The apps front end needs work and better backend data table structures. Work on the Experience please. That's said I love their service and commitment. Excellent packaging, on time communication and delivery. Thanks

5 ★ Amazing feeling... the product is best. although there is a delay bit the quality is perfect. that you so much... will recommend this as much as i can..

2 ★ I am unable to add my shipping address. Every time I enter my address it goes back to a page that again asks for my shipping address.

1 ★ They don't have a tracking mechanism. We have to sit for whole day when the order will be delivered!!

1 ★ App is poor, full of bugs. Customer support is nill. You debited my points for a failed transaction, then you did not revert it even after follow-ups. I ordered tangra fish, the cat fish version of tengra(nuna) is available all over the world. Why should I order from our root with extra cost(here it is available at 200/- 500gm, you are charging 400/-). You guys are waste of time and money.
