5 ★ I think Crazysales is one of the best online shopping so far and the app makes it even easier. Easy shopping, easy return, easy refund fand makes shopping quick.Everything about this app just keeps getting better and better every update.
3 ★ The customer service part doesn't work in the app(does NOT load). They have 3 payment options, #1 PayPal, #2 visa/MasterCard #3 Bpay. I opted 2 but they declined my payment which I didn't understand why. I thought I'd try Bpay and I have no idea if it has worked! I have the receipt but on the app its still pending saying I haven't paid. I received a call from them but missed due to work and tried to call them back no answer. As I'm typing this I just received an email saying they received my payment and now processing 😊 so it worked after all. Hope the item gets delivered in good condition and works🤞 The customer service part still does NOT load so I will give it 3 stars.
1 ★ Don't trust anything to do with this company. They don't care about their customers, or their customer service. They willingly take your money, then mark your order as "cancelled due to non-payment ", and it takes almost three weeks to get it resolved, once they promise to contact you the next day.... And then you don't hear from them for 8 days and you have to threaten them with the department of fair trading. Don't risk it, shop elsewhere.

3 ★ The app is so unstable, it keep jammed in the middle when I browsing the products, and some more during I authorizing payment.
