1 ★ It just shows a black screen. And it irritates me because I used to be able to go on the app. But now I can't and it's like why! :(

1 ★ Same as everyone else - black screen. Why hasn't this been fixed after months of customers complaining?

3 ★ We, like many others, had the issue with the black screen. As annoying as it is, there is a workaround. The app needs two permissions to be granted; camera and storage. While most apps will prompt you for it when you run the program the first time, there is a bug in this current version. After you install it go to your settings and the apps and permission section. Find the app, open its settings and click on permission, turn on the permissions and open the app. It should then work.

1 ★ This was given as a birthday gift, new. So excited, we started coloring while I downloaded the app. Ready to see it come alive, I opened the app to a BLACK SCREEN WITH NOTHING. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and looked for help online. Nothing. My child is so upset, as am I. This is a massive letdown from a company that specializes in child creativity and artmaking experiences. I hope your customer and tech service are top notch, as I intend to complain there too.

1 ★ Ive had this kit for TWO YEARS! I tried downloading it the first time and it wouldnt open so I finally redownloaded it and it finally worked after multiple attempts. The camera on the app won't focus half the time and the scanning is buggy. Sometimes the pattern gets off set and shows grey squares so I have to rescan a bunch of times. I wouldnt recomend to ANYONE with all of my issues and the ones down below.

1 ★ Does not show anything. Just a black screen. We tried allowing permission, the screen is still black. Was a present for our daughter. Very disappointing.

1 ★ Alright, I tried to find the virtual car collection. Where is it? Please bring it back. I beg you crayola bring it back. In christmas i am getting the virtual car collection. But if the app is gone how am i gonna scan my cars and drive them?! Please bring it back. I am sad :( . Crayola, if you want to make my day. Please. Bring back car collection on new platforms. I beg.

1 ★ I just got the app and it does NOT work AT ALL it said to line it up with the squares?YEAH GUESS.WHAT THERE WAS NONE ,notta,zip,zero! So.. when I went to see when it was last updated it said MARCH 15, 2015! Hate the app but... You can always use the art stuff!

1 ★ App will not come up. Just pulls up a black screen. Very disappointed in this app Update: managed to get the app to pull up by going in my settings and changing the permissions but the code in the front of the book won't scan for my daughter to use it
