1 ★ We disappointed from service. Food always delayed, ones were waiting 2 hours for order when I called them.. they reply sorry restaurant can't proceed your order🙈. Everytime make a note for restaurant how to cook or what to add they never fallow it. Oh the customer service from call centre very dry and doesn't even aware what's going on when u call them or can't even reply properly.
1 ★ Very bad. It happened many times that they deduct the money without sending the confirmation for the order, then I have to wait ages making many calls to get it. The arabic girl in customer service is the worse!!!
1 ★ worst app ever. 50% means 50% quantity and 200% delay in delivery. 100% dissatisfaction. worst people to deal with. you keep craving for your food.
