4 ★ I love Crave. The app is a little frustrating. I wish you could get menus for all meals instead of the meal specific to the time of day.
5 ★ Best delivery sushi in the valley! We had a problem with our first order and they went above and beyond to ammend it! Since then we have ordered 3 more times and the quality has not changed! This is my new jam!

3 ★ We were excited to try this app, promising the upscale restaurants delivered to home. However, they failed to live up to their stated standards. Communication between Crave staff and restaurants is very poor. Crave rep was putting down other delivery services while we were on the phone with them trying to clarify our order.Restaurant also failed to live up to expectations, and Crave has no detailed feedback available to let them know what they can improve on. Deleted app.
3 ★ Food is really good (4 to 4.5 stars). Portions are small which then make getting enough food pretty expensive. Delivery was really fast, driver was polite and food was package nicely. The app however gets the 3 stars. It's annoying going through all the different menus. Some things like the cheese sliders from rockhouse don't give you the option to add a side of fries like the classic sliders do. Also there is no option to customize the food!
2 ★ App needs lots of changes - can't really see full nam of items, would love to be able to click on item and see photo and read a full description. I ordered a crab cocktail thinking it might be crab cakes because I couldn't see full details. There's an area to give a general 1-5 star review but no place for feedback - my meal was way too salty. Also definately needs a space on profile for delivery instructions.
5 ★ Tried this place for the First Time... You can say I AM OFFICIALLY ADDICTED!! They have Combo packs that are great for Any Occasion in All Price Ranges... Date Night, Office Party, Brunch, Whatever!! I called Customer Service to ask a question and She informed me today that soon I can order from 16 PLACES ALL AT ONCE! The Picky Eaters in My Family Are No Match For Me Now!!!
1 ★ Not a fan of overpriced food that tastes just "ok" that I could get way cheaper somewhere else. The prices reflect a sit down restaurant while having none of the experience that comes with those prices. I'd rather go out and enjoy myself than pay this much for delivery.
5 ★ This is my absolute favorite delivery app. The food is INSANELY good. Like, how did y'all get THE Tony Gemnani to open up a Tony G's outside of San Fransisco?!?! Bless you Crave for bringing the best pizza in the USA to Boise.
4 ★ Excited to see this coming to Boise. Fonts in the app should be bigger. There is space to make the description larger.
