Download the latest My H&P application, version 2.61.1, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Business app is developed by CPL Software Ltd. and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 2.61.1, 2.58.2, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
All that you will ever need to log on to the APP will be your Account Number and URN with our firm which, can be found in the top centre section of your quarterly account for common charges.
We have made this intuitive facility easy to navigate. On logging on to your account, you will land on your “Home Page”.
The “Home Page” will detail your property address and account number with our firm. It will also detail the current balance in your common charges account and enable you to make a payment to your account, using your Debit or Credit Card.
If you have not already done so, we would love you to meet the team involved in the day to day Factoring of your property. Therefore, all of the contact details, including photographs, of our personnel dealing with your property can also be found on the Development Info tab. Clicking on the email addresses of any of the staff members should enable you to send them an email, photograph or electronic document about your property.
Clicking on the “View Statements” tab will take you to your “Statement of Account Page”. On this page, you will be able to view your recent account activity and if desired, make a payment to your account using your Debit of Credit Card.
In the “Statement of Account Page” there is a new facility designed to provide our clients with greater information about the repair and maintenance works being carried out at their property.
You will be able to view, download and print a copy of your most recent account for common charges.
If there is a defect affecting your property, why not photograph it with your smartphone and email it to our team, through the App? We are on standby and ready to help.

1 ★ The server is always offline. Why bother putting your app in the store then? This is as useless as all your other services.
4 ★ Does not work. - update reinstalled newer version and now works perfectly

1 ★ Lol, my antivirus software keeps telling me the latest version is malicious. Must be the fact it keeps demanding money from me every quarter and I gain little benefit from it.
2 ★ Not impressed won't connect to the server and keeps timing out stating connection offline, server is offline.

1 ★ Great idea, but the app keeps crashing whenever I try to start it up. Reply from CPL Software provides an email address that does not work, however no more information is available - the app crashes on startup, simple.
5 ★ I was very pleased to hear that Hacking & Paterson have released an app. Making payments is an easy process and navigating the app seem quick and responsive. Its also a nice touch to actually see who manages my development. The app seems to work fine for me and I am very much looking forward to any future updates.
4 ★ Viewing invoices now works, but there's still some issues with text being wrapped/cropped so it can't be read.
4 ★ It's a shame the payment can't take PayPal, and it's a separate interface for sage.... Nice wee app though, makes it much easier to track
