1 ★ worked for a day. kept askibg me to make a new pin over and over. stopped allowing me to use the fingerprint. then stopped letting me log in altogether sayingy password or something was incorrect when i know it IS correct because i just logged onto it 5 minutes ago.
1 ★ Can't register my card keeps saying card can't be verified! Also can't post my review unless u click on a star! So I had to give 1 star
1 ★ Rating 1 star because can't rate 0 stars. This is the most pathetic app available. Won't let me log in just keeps saying error try again. I have no problem accessing the website on my home computer but on my phone it's ridiculous.
1 ★ Sucks!!! Had to uninstall it, not functional. Entered password several times and changed in every attempts... couldn't open the page..
1 ★ Horrible app. Doesn't do anything besides display the I'd card. Constantly spams to setup a pin even though I already have one. Freezes every time you open it.
1 ★ Always has a loving authentication error. So basically only works once you finish installation from g play store. After that you can't login at all.

1 ★ This app never works, is bad designed and let you realise that the only thing the company cares about is getting as much money as possible. The prices we pay for the health insurance in this country are high enough to have a well designed and working app, no this piece of junk. And since the only action Coresource takes is asking users about examples, in my experience the app is very slow, I never can pass the login (fingerprint or pin or whatever) always there is an error and is not about I put the with pin or password. Then the characteristics you find inside the do (when it was possible to enter to my account) are very reduced. The summaries of the claims are very poor and you never know what has been charged and the customer support is very slow, taking from 4 days to more than a week to answer (a very poor answer) the questions you may have. Again, we pay huge amounts of money to get this offer of junk, this service and this amount of problems anytime you use the service.
1 ★ update: 02-19-2020 STILL BROKEN and it says "We're sorry about that. Please try again." My original rating was the same: "cannot utilize this application... broken"
1 ★ every time I try to log in I get a message we're sorry please try that again. if I delete and reinstall the app it works until next time I try to log in
1 ★ The app doesn't work. It won't display my card, it won't show me locations to find treatment. I click on buttons that aren't responsive and don't do anything. Garbage.
1 ★ App worked one time on Note 9. Now everytime you go to log in it's got an error message then closes.

2 ★ Fingerprint and/or pin won't sign in. Still have to put in login and password. Very redundant and non user friendly
5 ★ worked fine for me. it has all my billing and information right at my fingertips.
