1 ★ I've never been able to figure out why this app is so bad. always defaults my location to Boston even though I went into the settings and put my home studio (on the other side of the country) as default. most the time it doesn't even open. I end up staring at it buffer for 30 seconds and use a web browser to find out the schedule I looking for. I'd really love to use this app but it needs major work done to fix all kinds if errors
3 ★ great app and tool for booking classes. some opportunities for improvement: 1) allowing users to use the native "back" button or softkey on their phones to return to the previous page, right now it exits the app, a poor UX. 2) it would be great if all teachers had bios! I travel for work and choose classes based on I instructor bio, it helps me understand the type of class I might get. 3) the logo in the top left hand side of screen should have more purpose, otherwise it should say schedules.
3 ★ This app is great when it works. I love tracking the classes I've completed. I'm frustrated when my app doesn't document the classes I've completed. The real time schedule is a nice feature. Its annoying and terribly inconvenient when the schedule is inacurate. There are times when my husband and I compare our phones side by side and the schedules are different. Android vs iPhone?Again, great app when it works.
2 ★ This new app has a lot of new features bundled in a neat package. Unfortunately, it leaves a lot to be desired. The old app wasn't great, but this one is worse. The schedules almost NEVER load in properly the first time, if at all-- it's SO SLOW. It's frustrating to open the app & close it, open & close, Open & reset filters, etc. The main use of the app is to schedule classes, but it's a struggle. I also miss the Goals and Intention section. CPY, please fix this app!
1 ★ Had to change to 1 star since latest update. Now my classes taken count has dropped 40 classes. I can't see my home studios schedule. Can't go back to the home screen without closing the app and re opening. Not a fan of the new app design Takes A LOT of time to search for classes at studios I already had set up. Doesn't give me an option to create a quick search or filter like it used to. Looks nice but not functional or easy to use
2 ★ Tons of feedback. The caching issue is a huge problem - I magically see listings for other states while checking classes. I had to enter in my zip code 3xs to make it stick. Changing tabs shows the cache issue too. (BuT wHaT iF yOu CleAr ThE cAcHe? this is a fresh install). Also, while scrolling down it's easy to miss when Wednesday ends and Thursday classes begin - does not clearly define the line at all. Especially with your shorter class lists from covid, a shorter day can scroll past fast.
2 ★ I love CPY but the app isn't very good. I use it for convenience to book or cancel classes, but it never adds the class to my calendar correctly and doesn't delete the event if I cancel. You can't look at anything really on your account, you have to login on the website for that. It doesn't give you access to on demand, that's another app. And the latest thing is that it doesn't show the recent classes I've attended anymore. I wish it gave more info about classes & teachers description.
2 ★ From 2021 to 2023 the app has improved, just a bit. Thank you for implementing the possibility to filter by Teacher! Yahhh. Un upgrade on that will be adding a notification on when the favorite teacher is picking up extra classes out of his/ her normal schedule. That said the billing notification has still still needs important. From 2021 i changed to monthly subscription and i have no idea when the Corepower payment is happening. I never get notifications about it.
1 ★ Constant glitches with the app, continues to log me out of nowhere several times a week, and I made a cancelation earlier this morning and even after I accepted the cancelation way before the 2hrs, but because I did it through the app it never registered and I was still charged for it! Hate the app and the website is really not great either. So we are paying such a high membership a month to not even have a functional app and be charged on top of the monthly fee when the cancelations don't go
1 ★ This new app is one of the worst apps I've ever installed on a Smartphone. And there have been some real nut-filled turds. What is amazing is that after all the negative responses here, nothing has changed. Trash. Absolute trash. I'm guessing it was outsourced to some third-rate shop overseas. Corepower, please dump this garbage and bring back the old app. It wasn't good, but it was far superior to this.
4 ★ Overall, fine. I cannot figure how to modify/delete a saved filter after it's been saved. If it's at all possible, it's not intuitive. Edit: Feedback from developer was really helpful. The filters CAN be edited by holding down, but it is still not intuitive.
1 ★ App is terrible but the studios/teachers are great. The app and website only work to book but never show a dashboard or any class complete so I never know how many classes I have left in my package. Adding to my calendar seems to work most of the time which is the only way I can track classes attended.
2 ★ App does not tell you how many spaces are open in each class. As a result, there is no way to avoid overcrowded classes.
1 ★ Only works 1/5 times I try it. I reached out for help and they just told me to uninstall and reinstall. Did that and it didn't change anything.
2 ★ Can't get logged in, I can log into my core power account on a browser but since I've gotten a new phone I cannot log into my account. It keeps telling me it doesn't recognize my email. The same email and password works for their website, but not the app. It's also, well it just kind of sucks all around.
