App permissions

GoMLS 3.3.3 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ Constantly glitchy and disfuncional. The share feature almost never works. I often have to put in search terms over and over again before it loads properly. Often will not clear out old search criteria when I try to look for something else, I have to do it multiple times and keep restarting the app. Plus other little issues. Especially considering how much Realtors pay for MLS access, this app is unacceptably bad

2 ★ Slow and glitchy. Simple things like searching for a home and clicking on a listing are frustrating and often don't work.

1 ★ I simply cannot fathom, that in today's day and age, that this app can be as clunky and as defective as it seems to be. It's just terrible. It just doesn't work. Please give us an app that works!

1 ★ I hate the new MLS app. So much information and functionality is missing. Listing date is not on the listing info, you can't schedule directly from the app like before, and you the search results format is awful. You can't go directly to the map view like before.

1 ★ Ugh. Why doesnt this mirror NTREIS?? We pay for MLS access and can't access it on our phone!

2 ★ This app is so slow it is basically unusable. The old app for my MLS was quirky but once I learned it out worked fine. It was made by this same company. Now they force me to use this. The old app will open but then direct me to this app. It's quite literally useless. I search for a property by name and it finds it in the drop down auto-complete search bar. If I click it is just says searching forever. It doesn't zoom to the listing on the map like the old app. It just sits there. Sucks!

1 ★ Terrible user experience/waste of time. The app should make it easier to connect with clients, locate and share properties. It doesn't. I was excited about having a new platform to replace the old app. Oh how I wish I could go back. I don't get notifications, I can't see my clients new favorites, it doesn't sync my clients old favorites and if you want to go back to the previous screen or page it completely closes and you have start all over again. I could go on but I'm out of characters...

1 ★ App has been working fine until today. Appears that there's been an update and now I can't get past the user agreement. I hit "accept" but app keeps reverting back to user agreement to either accept or decline. Might I suggest making sure this is 100% since this app is time sensitive and important tool for day-to-day use.

1 ★ Horrible app, the old app was a million times better. You need to delete in order for it to work again and search. You must press the X, rediculous and time costuming. And many other functions that make no sense and hard to use. Zillow and others are better use. I can't even get owners information in some listing.. And Im a real estate broker. The worst search app ever for realtors... MLS old version was fast and easy, this new version is horrible, I have an Android Galaxy S10+

1 ★ **update 05/14/2020 App is still glitchy and constantly has issues. Crazy slow no matter if on wifi, 4G or otherwise. Such a disappoinment that it is the only option for my MLS. Just a terrible app. *update* the app now let's me log in. However, I really dislike the changes. It is not intuitive, slow, and difficult to use compared to before the update. Recent update won't let me log in. Previously it was an OK app, but now it gives me a failure when I try to log in as an agent. Google Pixel 3.

1 ★ 3/25/20 Not working well. Not showing correct picture with listing. Wrong info. Doesn't provide the same map options as the previous app did. Needs bugs fixed so that realtors can do their job. Especially now when showings and open houses are less of/not an option.3/27/20 Still not very good. Filtered to 371 results and will only show 50. Scroll down and wait bwill not show more. Now matter what the # of actives that come back, 51 or 510, it will ONLY give me 50. Am I the only 1?

1 ★ This app is a absolutely not working at all with my Note 10. Very underwhelming as the point of this app is to be able to access MLS on the go. The read more on the listings have never worked, forcing me to view the listing in **shudder *** ZILLOW it stays on a blank screen, and when I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app I get as far as the search bar for which MLS I am affiliated with, without any results showing. Very frustrating I hope this can be fixed soon. Wish there was a 0 star

1 ★ I think this app is horrible. I have so many negative things to say, but not enough space. Let me be constructive: I and my clients were doing well with our prior mls app and then out of no where, I nor my client could use the app. No more sharing homes by phone no more easy searches or seeing my clients favorites...what an awful use of the makers time. Who approved this? Seems like the developers threw something together right quick. "Throwing feathers on a pig don't mean it can fly!" Fix ASAP
