5 ★ I only use 247, the app is brilliant, always worked, never let me down and the drivers are awesome
1 ★ App doesn't show location properly and doesn't always update for where the driver is. Also they ping you regular ads that you can't opt out of unless you switch off notifications altogether. Annoying!
1 ★ If you need to be somewhere on time, avoid. Drivers accept then cancel fares. I have not had a 247 taxi turn up on time in about a decade
3 ★ You used to be able to repeat a booking. The facility is sadly lacking in the app now. I have to go through several screens to make the same booking now.
