1 ★ App crashes half the time, doesn't notify arrival and staff are even less helpful when you chase the issue up
2 ★ Great early in the evening but come +9pm they cancel on you and say you cancelled it. I did like them bit not now.

1 ★ For a long as this company continue to drive around with the fog lamps on when it's not foggy, I won't use them. If the don't know that simple law image how many other road laws they don't know.

4 ★ Great app and taxis seem to come quicker than a phone call. Only issue I have is that if it's busy it doesn't say how long a wait the taxi would be, until it's about 10 minutes away.
3 ★ The app is great when it works, but I find it crashes every other attempt at using it. The drivers are great, and service is normally brilliant. Just having the app fail can be annoying.
