1 ★ Do not use! You can book on the app but they often cancel just before the booking which leaves you stranded. Cannot be relied on, useless
2 ★ It's very convenient when the roads aren't busy, but when there is slight traffic they cannot keep to an arranged time, regardless of how far you book in advance. When you call up to ask where it is you get told it will be late and there will always be a reason for it. In short, good if you aren't timing a taxi somewhere, if you are, don't bother.
1 ★ Handy to book taxi upfront, but they come late.
1 ★ Will not load, just gives and error and says to retry.
1 ★ Took a cab from AB Auctions Chelmsford to Chelmsford station and the driver over charged me £17.30 for ten minutes ride claiming its because its a bank holiday. Whereas when I booked it said the price was £12.90. Not sure would be using this service any longer and do believe cabs prices be consistent irrespective of the period. I live in London and would never see Uber try this otherwise they would loose their licence again.
