1 ★ What's the point in allowing people to book a taxi in advance for a specific date or time if the company can't guarantee one? Terrible service, I don't recommend
1 ★ Phoned for taxi from Marshside into Southport. Paid 5.90 on the meter. Booked the return journey via the app. Driver told us it was cash only, didn't appear to run a meter, and charged us 9 quid. Gone 11pm so possibly on night rates, but still think we were ripped off.
1 ★ Absolutely abysmal. So unreliable. Would not recommend this taxi company. You've lost a customer.
1 ★ Dont use the app because if you put in a time to be picked up expect it atleast 15 minutes later i ended up cancelling and using a different taxi firm as i had to pick up children from school.
1 ★ Didn't even show up.
