1 ★ Dreadful experience the 1st time I used it. Last night booked for 00:40 pick up outside station to take me home as last bus 22:45,cos 25 mins walk across town includes subway. I'm on my own, in a wheelchair, deaf, female; EXTREMELY vulnerable. Cab never turned up despite 2 people phoning for me as I'm deaf. Waited 30 mins. Station staff v worried about me. In the end, one of them escorted me at 01:20 most of the way home taking me through the subway safety. You put me in danger. Not reliable.
3 ★ booked but arrived late, driver drove the wrong way and I nearly missed my train!

1 ★ my driver was fine but I have been overcharged for my journey therefore would appreciate a refund thank you
